| Judul Artikel | Pengaruh Locus of Control Emotional Stability Self-Efficacy dan Self-Esteem terhadap Kinerja Guru SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh locus of control, emotional stability, self-efiicacy, dan self-esteem terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. Jumlah responden adalah 49 guru. Menggunakan jenis data primer, yaitu data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dalam bentuk kuesioner kepada 49 responden yang didapat dari pengambilan sampel jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa locus of control, emotional stability, self-efficacy, dan self-esteem memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Guru di SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto memiliki tingkat locus of control yang tinggi. Sekolah dapat meningkatkan keterampilan para guru melalui pelatihan keprofesian. (2) Guru yang emosional akan mengalami kesulitan dalam mengendalikan suasana kelas, akibatnya guru tidak dihargai siswa. Oleh sebab itu itu, setiap guru harus memiliki kestabilan emosi, tenang, obyektif, dan profesional. (3) SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto sebaiknya memperhatikan kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan self-efficacy. Upaya yang mungkin dilakukan dengan memberikan penghargaan seperti insentif maupun penghargaan berupa predikat pada guru yang berprestasi. (4) Guru SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto memiliki tingkat self-esteem yang tinggi karena sebagian besar merasa mampu untuk mencapai kinerja yang maksimal. Hal ini dapat dipertahankan dengan kesadaran masing-masing guru untuk menetapkan tujuan dalam mengajar secara lebih matang serta kesadaran untuk memperluas pengetahuan dan informasi. (5) Self-esteem menjadi variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Meskipun demikian kinerja guru akan lebih maksimal ketika semua variabel dari empat dimensi core self-evaluations terpenuhi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to analyze the influences of locus of control, emotional stability, self-efiicacy, and self esteem on job performance of teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto. The number of respondens who research were 49 teachers. The method used to collect data was all primary, as collected through personal interview in the form of questionnaire to 49 respondens used a saturation sampling. Data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study shows that locus of control, emotional stability, self-efficacy, and self-esteem have a positive linkage to job performance. Implication from the summary are (1) teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto have a high level of locus of control. The school can upgrade the skill of the teachers through profesionality training. (2) The emotional teacher will face difficult situation to handle the class, and it make the student not respect to their teacher. Because of that, every teacher should has emotional stability, calm, objective, and profesional. (3) SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto is better to give attention to any policy that connect to self-efficacy effort that might be done is to give reward like insentif or award like “best teacher” to the great teacher. (4) Teachers at SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto have high level of self-esteem because most of them feel able to achieve maximum performance. It can be maintained by each teachers awareness with set a goal of teaching in a more mature and consciousness to expand knowledge and information. (5) Self-esteem to be the most influential variable on performance. Eventhough the teachers performance will be maximized when all the variables of the four dimensions of core self-evaluations are complete. |
