| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, promosi mulut ke mulut, dan persepsi resiko terhadap keputusan pembelian dan untuk menguji apakah rasa percaya memediasi persepsi kemudahan, promosi mulut ke mulut, dan persepsi resiko terhadap keputusan pembelian di toko online. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdapat 50 responden yang berasal dari mahasiswa manajemen fakultas ekonomi universitas jenderal soedirman.Metode purposive sampling digunakan dalam penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini. Data dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa persepsi kemudahan, promosi mulut kemulut berpengaruh positif terhadap rasa percaya dan keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan persepsi resiko berpengaruh negatif terhadap rasa percaya dan keputusan pembelian. Hasil lainnya ditemukan bahwa rasa percaya berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. |

Inggris) | The purpose this study to analyze the influence of Perceived ease of use, word of mouth, and perceived risk of purchasing decisions and to test whether online trust mediate the perceived ease of use, word of mouth, and perceived risk of purchase decisions in the online shop. The sample in this study there were 150 respondents from students management Faculty of Economics University of General Soedirman ussing a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation modelling). The results of this research show that the perceived ease of use, word of mouth of the positive effect to purcahe decision. The result of the other found that a perceived risk of negative effect to purchase decision. |
