| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian macam zat pengatur tumbuh alami terhadap pertumbuhan stek tanaman melati (Jasminum sambac), mengetahui konsentrasi yang tepat untuk masing-masing zat pengatur tumbuh yang diaplikasikan dengan tanaman melati putih (Jasminum sambac), dan mengetahui interaksi antara zat pengatur tumbuh alami dan konsentrasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Screen House Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor yang dicoba meliputi: zat pengatur tumbuh terdiri atas P1(ekstrak bawang merah), P2 (air kelapa), dan P3 (urin sapi), dan konsentrasi meliputi K1 (20 ml/ liter), K2 (30 ml/ liter), dan K3 (40 ml/ liter)dan dengan 1 kontrol (K0). Variabel yang diamati meliputi panjang akar terpanjang, saat tumbuh tunas, jumlah akar tanaman, volume akar, jumlah tunas, panjang tunas, jumlah daun dan lebar daun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis dan konsentrasi zat pengatur tumbuh alami yang diterapkan tidak berpengaruh pada seluruh variabel yang diamati. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was aimed to determine the effect of kind of natural plant growth regulators on the growth of stem cutting of Arabian jasmine (Jasminum sambac), to find out the exact concentration for each plant growth regulator, and to find out interaction between natural plant growth regulator and concentration. The screen house research was conducted in the Faculty of Agriculture, General Sudirman University, Purwokerto. This factorial experiment was arranged in a randomized complete block design (RBD) with three replications. Factor treated were kind of palnt growth regulator (PGR) and its concentration. The first factor consisted of P1 (shallot extract), P2 (coconut water), and P3 (cow urine, whereas the PGR concentration consisted of K1 (20 ml / litter destilled water), K2 (30 ml / litter destilled water), and K3 (40 ml / litter destilled water) with 1 control (K0). Variables observed were root length, number of roots, root volume, number of shoot, shoot length, number of leaves, and leave width. The result of this research showed that the kind and concentration of natural plant growth regulator applied did not significantly affects on the whole variable observed. |
