| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kebutuhan akan kedelai di Indonesia setiap tahunnya terus meningkat sementara produksi nasional belum mencukupi, sehingga ketergantungan akan kedelai impor terus meningkat. Rendahnya produksi kedelai salah satunya disebabkan oleh penggunaan varietas kedelai yang masih rendah. Upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi kedelai dengan dengan menggunakan pupuk organik cair. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh macam konsentrasi pupuk organik cair terhadap tigavarietaskedelai, 2) mengetahui pertumbuhan dan hasil tiga varietas kedelai 3) mengetahui konsentrasi pemupukan yang sesuai untuk menghasilkan produktivitas kedelai yang tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Tambaksogra, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah serta di Laboratorium Agronomidan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Pelaksanaan penelitian mulai Juli 2012- Oktober 2012. Rancangan percobaan menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (Split-plot) dengan tiga kali ulangan. Perlakuan utama adalah varietas kedelai, V1 (Agromulyo), V2 (Grobogan), V3 (Tanggamus) sedangkan anak petak adalah konsentrasi pupuk organik cair, P0 (Kontrol), P1 (Konsentrasi pupuk 3%), P2 (Konsentrasi pupuk 6%), P3 (Konsentrasi pupuk 9%). Variabel pertumbuhan yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah daun trifoliat per tanaman, sedangkan variabel hasil adalah jumlah polong per tanaman, jumlah biji per tanaman, bobot biji per tanaman, umur panen, bobot 100 biji, hasil biji per petak efektif , bobot kering tanaman, dan indeks panen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan Uji F dengan taraf kesalahan 5%, apabila berbeda nyata diuji lanjut dengan BNT (Beda Nyata Terkecil). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi pupuk organik cair berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil berbagai macam varietas kedelai. Pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai beragam antar varietas dan dipengaruhi oleh pemberian konsentrasi pupuk.Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair 3% menunjukan pengaruh yang baik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kedelai. |

Inggris) | The need for soybean in Indonesia each year continues to increase while the national production has not been sufficient, so that dependence on imported soybeans continues to increase. The low production of soybeans one of them caused by the use of soybean variety are still low. Attempts to increase soybean production by using a liquid organic fertilizer. The objective of this study were 1) determine the effect concentrations of organic fertilizer on three soybean variety, 2) determine growth and yield of three soybean variety, 3) determine the appropriate fertilizer concentration to produce high soybean productivity. The study was conducted in the village of Tambaksogra, District Sumbang, Banyumas regency, Central Java, and in the Laboratory of Agronomyand Horticulture Faculty of Agriculture Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. The experiment starting July 2012 - October 2012.Plot experimental design using the Split-Plot Design with three replications.The main plot is soybean variety,V1 (Agromulyo), V2 (Grobogan), V3 (Tanggamus) while the subplot is the concentration of organic fertilizer, P0 (Control), P1 (Concentration fertilizer 3%), P2 (Concentration fertilizer 6%), P3 (Concentration fertilizer 9%). Variable growth observed plant height, number of productive branches, trifoliat number of leaves per plant, while the yield variable is the number of pods per plant, number of seeds per plant, seed weight per plant, harvest age, weight of 100 seeds, seed yield per plot efective, plant dry weight, and harvest index. Data were analyzed by Uji F with 5% error level,significantly different when tested further with LSD (Least Significant Difference). The results showed the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer effect on growth and yield of various soybean varieties. Growth and yield of soybean variety between varieties and fertilizer concentration is affected by the provision. Concentration of 3% liquid organic fertilizer showed a good effect for the growth and yield of soybean. |
