| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Penggunaan CT Scan dewasa ini tidak hanya digunakan sebagai alat diagnostik penyakit, tetapi juga sebagai skrining. Potensi radiasi CT Scan dapat membahayakan bagi pasien. Namun, pasien tidak menyadari sepenuhnya indikasi medic penggunaan CT Scan sehingga mereka cenderung pasrah dan menerima semua rekomendasi penggunaan CT Scan. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada penggunaan CT Scan sebagai pemeriksaan penunjang pada pasien di RSUD Prof. DR. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode: Penelitian menggunakan rancangan observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Subjek penelitian adalah semua pasien yang akan menjalani pemeriksaan CT Scan pada instalasi Radiologi RSMS Purwokerto. Subjek diambil menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Sebanyak 31 pasien memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran tingkat kecemasan menggunakan Kuesioner Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Spearman. Hasil: hasil analisis uji korelasi Spearman mendapatkan nilai p < 0.05 dengan nilai r = -0.411 Kesimpulan: terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien yang akan menjalani CT Scan di instalasi Radiologi RSUD Prof. DR. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan, semakin rendah tingkat kecemasan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: The use of CT Scan today is not only as a diagnostic tool for illness, but it is also used in screening. The potential of CT Scan radiation can be harmful to patients. However, patients are not fully aware of the medical indications of the use of CT Scan, so they tend to accept all the recommendations for the use of CT Scan. Objective: To determine the relationship between knowledge level and the anxiety level in the use of CT Scan as investigations on patients in the Department of Radiology Prof. DR. Margono Soekarjo Hospital Purwokerto. Methods: The study used observational analytic design with cross-sectional approach. Subjects were all patients who will undergo a CT Scan examination in the department of Radiology RSMS Purwokerto. Subjects was taken by using consecutive sampling technique. A total of 31 patients met the inclusion criteria. Data was collected from the questionnaires measuring anxiety levels using the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). Statistical analysis used was Spearman's test. Results: Spearman correlation analysis showed the value of P <0.05 with r = -0411 Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between level of knowledge and level of anxiety of the patients who would be examined with will CT Scan in Prof. DR. Margono Soekarjo Hospital Purwokerto. The higher the level of knowledge, the lower the level of anxiety. |
