Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Bio P2000Z, Bio P60, dan kombinasi Bio P2000Z dengan Bio P60 dalam menekan penyakit layu fusarium serta mengetahui pengaruh tiap perlakuan terhadap pertumbuhan tomat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kaca Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan November 2012 sampai Februari 2013. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi: kontrol tanpa patogen, kontrol dengan patogen, Bio P60, Bio P2000Z, serta kombinasi Bio P60 dan Bio P2000Z. Variabel yang diamati adalah masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, kepadatan akhir fusarium, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, jumlah buah, dan bobot segar buah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi Bio P2000Z dan Bio P60 mampu menekan penyakit layu Fusarium, dengan menurunkan intensitas penyakit sebesar 41,66 % dan kepadatan akhir F.oxysporum, serta mampu meningkatkan bobot kering tanaman sebesar 24% dan hasil tanaman pada variabel jumlah buah sebesar 118% serta bobot segar buah sebesar 163%. Pemberian Bio P2000Z mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman pada varibel bobot kering tanaman sebesar 25%. Pemberian Bio P60 belum mampu meningkatkan komponen pertumbuhan dan hasil, serta dalam penurunan intensitas penyakit layu Fusarium.

Inggris)Research was aimed to knowing the effect of Bio P2000Z, Bio P60, and combination of Bio P2000Z with Bio P60 in suppressing Fusarium wilt disease and determine the effect of each treatment on the growth of tomato. The research was carried out in greenhouse Laboratory of Plant Protection, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The research was done from November 2012 to February 2013. This study used a randomized block design with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments tested were control without pathogen, the pathogen control, Bio P60, Bio P2000Z, as well as a combination of Bio P60 and Bio P2000Z. Variable observed was incubation period, the intensity of the disease, fusarium density, plant height, number of leaves, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, number of fruit, and fruit fresh weight. The results showed that the combination of Bio P2000Z and P60 was able to suppress Fusarium wilt disease, by lowering the intensity of the disease was 41.66% and the final density F.oxysporum, as well as to increase plant dry weight by 24% and yield on a variable number of pieces by 118 % and fruit fresh weight by 163%. Giving Bio P2000Z can improve plant growth in variable plant dry weight by 25%. Bio provision has not been able to increase the P60 component of growth and yield, as well as the decrease in the intensity of Fusarium wilt disease.
