| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Nitrogen dan fosfor dibutuhkan untuk pertumbuhan fitoplankton. Cyanophyta merupakan produsen primer dan ditemukan di setiap lingkungan baik perairan laut maupun perairan tawar seperti waduk. Waduk P.B. Soedirman terletak di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan total N, total P, rasio total N/P, total NP dengan kelimpahan Cyanophyta dan hubungan total N, total P, rasio total N/P, total NP secara bersama dengan kelimpahan Cyanophyta di perairan Waduk P.B. Soedirman. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak terpilih pada tujuh stasiun pengamatan berdasarkan perbedaan rona lingkungan waduk. Pengambilan sampel diulang sebanyak tiga kali dengan interval waktu 1 bulan. Hubungan total N, total P, rasio total N/P, total NP dan total N, total P, rasio total N/P, total NP secara bersama dengan kelimpahan Cyanophyta dianalisis menggunakan korelasi dan regresi. Hasil analisis hubungan dari beberapa parameter didapatkan hubungan total N, total P, rasio total N/P, dan total NP secara bersama dengan kelimpahan Cyanophyta didapatkan hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan koefisien korelasi 0,870 dan kehandalan yang cukup tinggi dengan koefisien determinasi 66,96 %. Besarnya hubungan antara total N, total P, rasio total N/P secara bersama ditunjukkan dengan persamaan Y = 158,100 + 23,478 TN – 3670,370 TP – 0,636 TN/TP. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Nitrogen and phosphorus needed by for phytoplankton growth. Cyanophyta is primary producer and can be found in every environment both marine and fresh waters such as reservoir. Panglima Besar Soedirman Reservoir located in Banjarnegara. The purpose of this research is to know the relation of N total, P total, NP total and ratio of N/P total with the abundance of Cyanophyta and relation of N total, P total, ratio of N/P total, NP total collectively with the abundance of Cyanophyta in the P.B. Soedirman Reservoir. This research used survey method. Sampling was conducted randomly selected in seven observation stations based on different environmental reservoir zone. Sampling was repeated three times at intervals of 1 month. Relation of N total, P total, ratio of N/P total, NP total and N total, P total, ratio of N/P total, NP total collectively with abundance of Cyanophyta were analyzed by correlation and regression analysis.The result shows relation of several parameters obtained relations N total, P total, ratio of N/P total and NP total colectively with abundance of Cyanophyta found a very strong correlation with correlation coefficient is 0.870 and high reliability with a coefficient of determination is 66.96%. The relation of N total, P total, and N/P total collectively indicated by the equation Y = 158.100 + 23.478 TN - 3670.370 TP - 0.636 TN/TP. |
