Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui tanggap sifat fisiologi tanaman padi terhadap formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1, 2) mengetahui tanggap hasil tanaman padi terhadap formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1, 3) mengetahui waktu aplikasi formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 yang tepat agar dapat meningkatkan fisiologi dan hasil tanaman padi.
Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Karangsalam, Kecamatan Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas, mulai Maret sampai Oktober 2012. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi: A (Kombinasi formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 bentuk cair dan padat yang diberikan pada 10 hari setelah tanam), B (Kombinasi formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 bentuk cair dan padat yang diberikan pada 20 hari setelah tanam), C (Kombinasi formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 bentuk cair dan padat yang diberikan pada 30 hari setelah tanam) dan K (tanpa pemberian formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 baik cair maupun padat). Variabel yang diamati adalah Aktivitas Nitrat Reduktase (ANR), kandungan klorofil a, klorofil b, klorofil total, indeks luas daun, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, laju asimilasi bersih, bobot gabah per tanaman, bobot gabah per petak efektif, bobot 1000 biji dan indeks panen. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji F dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan klorofil a, klorofil b, klorofil total, Aktivitas Nitat Reduktase (ANR) dan bobot gabah per petak efektif tanggap terhadap formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1. Aplikasi formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 belum mampu meningkatkan hasil padi karena bobot gabah yang diperoleh sangat rendah yaitu 5,35 g/m² atau 0,59 ton/ha.Waktu yang paling efektif untuk aplikasi formula pupuk hayati Bacillus subtilis B1 adalah 10 hst dan memberikan nilai tertinggi pada klorofil a sebesar 12,49 µg/g daun, klorofil b sebesar 8,79 µg/g daun, klorofil total sebesar 21,07 µg/g daun dan bobot gabah per tanaman sebesar 1,11 g.

Inggris)This study aims to: 1) to know the physiological response of rice based to the biofertilizer formula of Bacillus subtilis B1, 2 to know the response of yield of rice in rice based to the biofertilizer formula of Bacillus subtilis B1, 3) to know the time of application of biofertilizer formula of Bacillus subtilis B1 appropriate so can to improve physiology and crop yields of rice. The study was conducted in Karangsalam Village, Baturraden District, Banyumas Regency, from March to Oktober 2012. The design that used was a randomized block design (RBD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatments tested include: A (Combination of liquid and solid form of biofertilizer formula B1 Bacillus subtilis based given at 10 days after planting), B (Combination of liquid and solid form of biological fertilizer formula Bacillus subtilis B1 based given at 20 days after planting), C (Combination of liquid and solid form of biofertilizer formula Bacillus subtilis B1 based given at 30 days after planting) and K (without giving biofertilizer formula Bacillus subtilis B1 based both liquid and solid). Variable observed was the Nitrate Reductase Activity (NRA), the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, leaf area index, crop growth rate, net assimilation rate, grain weight per plant, grain weight per effectively plot, weight of 1000 seeds and harvest index. Data were analyzed by F test, and continued by LSD test at 5% error level. Results of analysis showed that the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll, Nitrate Reductase Activity (NRA) and grain weight per effectively plot respons to biofertilizer formula of Bacillus subtilis B1. Aplication of biofertilizer formula of Bacillus subtilis B1 not been able to increase the yield of rice because of the weight gained is very low at 5.35 g / m² or 0.59 tonnes / ha. The most effective time for application of biofertilizer formula Bacillus subtilis B1 based is 10 dap and provide the highest value of chlorophyll a was 12.49 mg / g leaf, chlorophyll b was 8.79 ug / g leaf, chlorophyll a total of 21.07 mg / g leaf and grain weight per plant at 1, 11 g.
