| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui pengaruh formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 terhadap sifat fisiologi tanaman padi, 2) mengetahui pengaruh formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 terhadap hasil tanaman padi, dan 3) mengetahui umur aplikasi yang paling tepat dalam pemberian formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 yang dapat mempengaruhi sifat fisiologi dan hasil tanaman padi. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Kebumen, Kecamatan Baturraden, Kabupaten Banyumas dan dilaksanakan mulai Maret 2012 sampai September 2012. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 4 perlakuan dan 6 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi : tanpa aplikasi pupuk hayati Bacillus subtilis B1 (K), aplikasi pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 pada 10 hst (A), 20 hst (B), dan 30 hst (C). Variabel yang diamati adalah kandungan klorofil a, klorofil b, aktivitas nitrat reduktase daun, indeks luas daun, laju pertumbuhan tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, laju asimilasi bersih, bobot gabah per petak efektif, bobot 1000 biji, bobot gabah per tanaman sampel, dan indeks panen. Data dianalisis dengan uji F dan dilanjutkan dengan BNT pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 meningkatkan kandungan klorofil a 9,29%; klorofil b 9,63%; dan ANR daun 73,44%. Tetapi belum mampu meningkatkan ILD, LAB, LPT, dan bobot kering tanaman. Pemberian formula pupuk hayati berbasis Bacillus subtilis B1 meningkatkan hasil bobot gabah per petak efektif dari 249,70 g/m2 menjadi 308,84 g/m2 (23,68%); bobot 1000 biji 24,17 g menjadi 26,16 g (8,23%), dan bobot gabah per tanaman sampel 8,19 g menjadi 10,74 g (31,14%). Waktu aplikasi yang tepat belum bisa ditentukan, namun sebagian besar hasil dari tiap variabel lebih baik pada aplikasi 10 hst. |

Inggris) | The research was aimed to : 1) determine the effect of biofertilizer formula Bacillus subtilis B1 based on physiological properties of rice plants, 2) determine the effect of biofertilizer formula Bacillus subtilis B1 based on the results of the rice plant, and 3) determining the date of application of the most appropriate in the application of biological fertilizer formula Bacillus subtilis B1 based which could affect the physiology and yield of rice plants. The research was conducted in the Kebumen Village, Baturraden District, Banyumas Regency and conducted start from March 2012 until September this 2012. The design used was a randomized block design (RBD) with 4 treatments and 6 replications. The treatments tested included: without the application of biofertilizer Bacillus subtilis B1 (K), biological fertilizer application based on Bacillus subtilis B1 10 dap (A), 20 dap (B), and 30 dap (C). Variable observed was the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, nitrate reductase activity of leaf, leaf area index, crop growth rate, plant dry weight, net assimilation rate, grain weight per plot effectively, weight of 1000 grains, grain weight per plant samples, and harvest index . Data was analyzed by F test and continued with LSD of 5%. The results showed that the application of biofertilizer Bacillus subtilis B1 based increase the content of chlorophyll a 9.29%; chlorophyll b 9.63%, and 73.44% ANR leaves, but has not been able to improve ILD, LAB, LPT, and crop dry weight. Application of biofertilizer Bacillus subtilis B1 based increase the content of grain weight per effective plot from 249.70 g/m2 to 308.84 g/m2 (23.68%), weight of 1000 seeds 24.17 g to 26.16 g (8.23%), and weight of grain per plant samples of 8.19 g to 10.74 g (31.14%). The proper of application time could not be determined, but most of the results of each variable is better at 10 dap applications. |
