| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon fisiologis, pertumbuhan,dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang pada berbagai rakitan budidaya organik berbasis pupuk organik cair dan pestisida nabati. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Susukan, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas, selama 3 bulan sejak April sampai Juli 2012. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) dengan 6 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Variabel yang diamati adalah panjang akar, serapan hara N, laju pertumbuhan tanaman (LPT), laju asimilasi bersih (LAB), indeks luas daun (ILD), luas daun, lebar stomata, kehijauan daun, dan hasil. Data pengamatan dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji F dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) dengan tingkat ketelitian 95% dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon fisiologis tanaman kacang panjang terbaik dihasilkan oleh rakitan pupuk kandang 10 ton/ha + pupuk organik cair (POC) tanah + POC daun + Trichoderma harzianum + Mikoriza (E) dilihat berdasarkan variabel total panjang akar, dan rakitan pupuk kandang 10 ton/ha + POC tanah + POC daun + mikoriza (D) berdasarkan variabel lebar stomata. Pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang terbaik dihasilkan oleh rakitan pupuk kandang 10 ton/ha + POC tanah + kombinasi POC daun dan pestisida nabati (maja dan gadung) + Trichoderma harzianum (C), yaitu 13,13 ton/ha. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research was aimed to know physiological responses, growth, and yield of cowpea plants on various assembly of organic cultivation based on liquid organic fertilizer and botanical pesticide. It was conducted in the Susukan Village, Sumbang Sub district, Banyumas Regency, for 3 months, from April till July 2012. The design used in this experiment was Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications. Variables observed were root length, N nutrition absorption, crop growth rate (CGR), net assimilation rate (NAR), leaf area index (LAI), leaf extent, stomata width, leaf greenness, and yield. Data of observations were analyzed by F test and continued by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at 95% of confident limit and correlation test. Results of the research performed that the best physiological response of cowpea plant was produced by the manure 10 tons/ha + soil liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) + leaf LOF + Trichoderma harzianum + mycorrhizae (E) if seen based on the variable of the root length, and the manure 10 tons/ha + soil LOF + leaf LOF + mycorrhizae (D) based on the variable of the stomata width. The best cowpea growth and yield was produced by the manure 10 tons/ha + soil LOF + combination of leaf LOF and botanical pesticides (maja and gadung) + Trichoderma harzianum (C), reached 13,13 tons/ha. |
