Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui interaksi pemberian probiotik dengan level yang berbeda pada berbagai jenis itik lokal betina dan pengaruhnya terhadap jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, dan hematokrit. Materi penelitian menggunakan itik betina Magelang, Tegal, dan Mojosari umur 22 minggu masing-masing jenis itik berjumlah 27 ekor. Pakan terdiri dari campuran jagung kuning giling 40 %, dedak padi 40 % dan konsentrat itik 20 % dengan kandungan nutrient pakan: PK= 16,56 %, ME = 2.947 kcal/kg, Ca = 1,75 %, P =1,36 % dan probiotik starbio. Petak kandang dengan ukuran 1m x 1m x 1,5 m, masing-masing sebanyak 27 unit serta peralatan kandang dan timbangan. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 3 x 3. Perlakuan yang diujicobakan yaitu a1b0 : Itik Magelang kontrol, a1b1 : Itik Magelang + probiotik 3 g/kg pakan, a1b2 : Itik Magelang + probiotik 6 g/kg pakan, a2b0 : Itik Mojosari kontrol, a2b1 : Itik Mojosari + probiotik 3 g/kg pakan, a2b2 : Itik Mojosari + probiotik 6 g/kg pakan, a3b0 : Itik Tegal kontrol, a3b1 : Itik Tegal + probiotik 3 g/kg pakan, a3b2 : Itik Tegal + probiotik 6 g/kg pakan. Peubah yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Jumlah eritrosit, (2) Kadar Hemoglobin, dan (3) Hematokrit.Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi dan dilanjutkan uji BNJ ( Beda Nyata Jujur).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kadar eritrosit darah berbagai jenis itik lokal berkisar antara 2,50 106μl sampai dengan 3,47 106μl, rata-rata kadar hemoglobin darah itik 8,10 g/100 ml sampai dengan 11,23 g/100 ml dan rata-rata kadar hematokrit darah itik 35,3 % sampai dengan 44,7 % . Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada interaksi antara jenis itik dengan level probiotik starbio yang diberikan (P>0,05) terhadap jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan hematokrit darah itik. Jenis itik berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kadar hemoglobin darah itik dan pemberian probiotik starbio tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan hematokrit darah itik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah interaksi antara level probiotik dan jenis itik lokal tidak menyebabkan perbedaan kondisi hematologis ditinjau dari jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin, dan hematokrit. Itik Tegal memiliki kadar hemoglobin yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan itik Magelang dan itik Mojosari, serta pemberian berbagai level probiotik starbio pada berbagai itik lokal tidak mengubah jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan hematokrit.

Inggris)The purpose of this study was to know the interaction between administration of different probiotic levels to various types of local female ducks and the effect on the concentration of erythrocyte, haemoglobin, and hematocryte. The materials of the research were female Magelang duck, Mojosari duck and Tegal duck at age 22 weeks, each type duck amount to 27 head. The feed consisted of a mixture of 40% ground yellow corn, 40% rice bran and 20% concentrate duck with nutrient content of the feed: CP = 16.56%, ME = 2,947 kcal / kg, Ca = 1.75%, P = 1.36% and
“starbio” probiotics. The cages were plotted with the size of 1m x 1m x 1,5 m, each of which as many as 27 units, and equipment used were enclosure, and digital scale and sitting scales. The experimental research method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD), 3 x 3 factorial. The treatments tested namely, a1b0: Magelang duks as control feed, a1b1: Magelang ducks + probiotics 3 g/kg of feed, a1b2: Magelang ducks + probiotics 6 g/ kg of feed, a2b0: Mojosari as control feed, a2b1: Mojosari ducks + probiotics 3 g/kg of feed, a2b2: Mojosari ducks + probiotics 6 g/kg of feed, a3b0: Tegal ducks as control feed, a3b1: Tegal ducks + probiotics 3 g/kg of feed, a3b2: Tegal ducks + probiotics 6 g / kg of feed. The variables observed in this study were (1) the concertation of erythrocyte (2) haemoglobin, and(3)hematocryte.The Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and was the test continued with HSD test (Honestly Significant Difference).
The results showed that the average level of blood erythrocytes of various types of local ducks ranged from 2.50 to 3.47 106μl, the average blood haemoglobin levels of ducks were 8.10 g/100 ml to 11.23 g/100 ml and the average blood hematocryte levels of ducks were 35.3% to 44.7%. The results of analysis of variance showed that there was no interaction between the type of duck with “starbio” probiotics (P>0.05) on the concentration of erythrocytes, haemoglobin and hematocryte levels of duck blood. The types of ducks had a significant effect (P<0.05) on blood haemoglobin levels of ducks and “starbio” probiotics had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the concentration of erythrocytes, haemoglobin and hematocryte levels of duck blood. The conclusion of this study is the interaction between probiotics and the level of local ducks does not cause differences in haematological conditions in terms of the concertation of erythrocytes, haemoglobin level, and hematocryte. Tegal ducks have a haemoglobin level that is greater than the ducks of Magelang and Mojosari, as well as various levels of “starbio” probiotic administration of a various types of local ducks do not change the concentration of erythrocytes, haemoglobin and hematocryte.
