| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar belakang: Cedera kepala merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian maupun kecacatan. Pada pasien cedera kepala berat terjadi peningkatan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu. Peningkatan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu ini sebagai faktor prediksi yang buruk terhadap prognosis pasien cedera kepala berat. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu dengan prognosis pada pasien cedera kepala berat di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo periode Januari-Desember 2012. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2013. Jumlah sampel adalah 64 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Data penelitian bersumber dari data sekunder yaitu data rekam medis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. Sampel penelitian didapat dengan total sampling yaitu pasien cedera kepala berat periode Januari - Desember 2012 yang telah diperiksa kadar glukosa darah sewaktu dan tidak menjalani operasi. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji bivariat chi square. Hasil:Ujichi square menghasilkan terdapat hubungan signifikan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu dengan prognosis pada pasien cedera kepala berat dengan nilai p=0,000 dan ratio prevalence= 8,273 (Confident Interval95%2,408 - 28,416). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan kadar glukosa darah sewaktu dengan prognosis pada pasien cedera kepala berat di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo periode Januari-Desember 2012. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Background: Head injury is one of the causes of death and disability. In patient with severe head injury, the increasing of random blood glucose levels occurs. This activity shows that prediction of the patients prognosis. Purpose: Determine the relationship random blood glucose levels with prognosis in patients severe head injuries in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo General Hospital period January to December 2012. Methods: This study used observational analytic design with cross sectional. The study was conducted in June 2013. The number of samples is 64 who the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data sourced research of secondary data which medical records. Total study sample is obtained by sampling the severe head injury patients the period January to December 2012 that were examined during the blood glucose levels and did not undergo surgery. Statistical analysis is used bivariate chi square test. Results: The results of the chi square test shows that there is a significance relationship random blood glucose levels with prognosis in patients severe head injury with a value of p = 0.000 and ratio prevalence= 8,273 (Confident Interval2.408 to 28.416). Conclusion: There is a relationship random blood glucose levels with prognosis in patients severe head injuries in hospitals Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo period January to December 2012. |
