Indonesia) | Anxiety disorder merupakan gangguan kesehatan mental dengan prevalensi tinggi yang masih menghadapi hambatan akses layanan kesehatan, seperti stigma, keterbatasan akses, waktu, dan biaya. Telefarmasi berpotensi mengatasi hambatan tersebut, namun layanan ini belum tersedia di RSUD Banyumas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kajian mengenai persepsi dan willingness to use pasien terhadap telefarmasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat persepsi dan willingness to use telefarmasi serta menganalisis perbedaan persepsi antara pasien yang bersedia dan tidak bersedia menggunakannya. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional ini melibatkan 99 pasien anxiety disorder rawat jalan di RSUD Banyumas yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner persepsi dan willingness to use telefarmasi yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Independent T-Test. Sebanyak 95 responden (95,96%) memiliki persepsi positif dan 4 responden (4,04%) memiliki persepsi negatif terhadap telefarmasi. Sebanyak 80 responden (80,80%) bersedia dan 19 responden (19,20%) tidak bersedia menggunakan telefarmasi apabila tersedia di rumah sakit. Hasil Independent T-Test menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan persepsi yang signifikan antara pasien yang bersedia dan tidak bersedia menggunakan telefarmasi (p<0,001), dengan rata-rata skor persepsi masing-masing sebesar 118,687 dan 94,842. Mayoritas pasien anxiety disorder di RSUD Banyumas memiliki persepsi positif dan bersedia menggunakan telefarmasi apabila diterapkan. Persepsi yang lebih positif berkaitan dengan kesediaan yang lebih tinggi untuk menggunakan layanan telefarmasi.

Telepharmacy has the potential to overcome these barriers, yet the service is not currently available at Banyumas Regional General Hospital (RSUD Banyumas). Therefore, a study regarding patients' perceptions and willingness to use telepharmacy is needed. This study aimed to determine the level of perception and willingness to use telepharmacy and to analyze differences in perception between patients willing and unwilling to use it. This quantitative study employed a cross-sectional approach involving 99 outpatients with anxiety disorders at RSUD Banyumas, selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire on telepharmacy perception and willingness to use, which had undergone validity and reliability testing. Data analysis was conducted using univariate and bivariate methods, specifically the Independent T-Test. A total of 95 respondents (95.96%) held positive perceptions, while 4 respondents (4.04%) held negative perceptions regarding telepharmacy. Regarding willingness, 80 respondents (80.80%) were willing to use telepharmacy if it were made available at the hospital, whereas 19 respondents (19.20%) were unwilling. The Independent T-Test results revealed a significant difference in perception between patients willing and unwilling to use telepharmacy (p<0.001), with mean perception scores of 118.687 and 94.842, respectively. The majority of patients with anxiety disorders at RSUD Banyumas held positive perceptions and were willing to use telepharmacy if implemented. More positive perceptions were associated with a greater willingness to use telepharmacy services. |
