Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Padi (Oryza sativa L.) merupakan tanaman pangan utama di Indonesia, persilangan varietas padi mampu
menjadi solusi terhadap permintaan selera konsumen yang semakin berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui dan mengevaluasi karakter agronomi galur F3 hasil persilangan antara varietas Pandanwangi dan
Inpari 32. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Experimental Farm dan Laboratorium Pemuliaan Tanaman Fakultas
Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman Purwokerto. Penelitian dimulai dari bulan Oktober 2025 hingga
Maret 2026. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Augmented Design (RAK), mengevaluasi 14 genotipe F₃ terpilih
(F60, F16, F81, F21, F90, F80, F8, F73, F22, F38, F26, F41, F64, dan F63) dengan total 420 tanaman individu,
beserta lima varietas pembanding. Parameter pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, umur berbunga, panjang
malai, jumlah gabah total per malai, jumlah gabah isi per malai, bobot 1000 butir, bobot gabah per rumpun,
jumlah anakan total, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah daun, dan aroma daun. Data kemudian dianalisis
menggunakan Sidik Ragam (ANOVA), Least Significant Increase (LSI), korelasi Pearson, dan analisis lintas.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is a primary food crop in Indonesia, and crossbreeding rice varieties offers a
potential solution to meet evolving consumer preferences. This study aimed to assess and evaluate the agronomic
traits of F3 lines derived from a cross between the Pandanwangi and Inpari 32 varieties. The research was
conducted at the Experimental Farm and Plant Breeding Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas
Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, from October 2025 to March 2026. An Augmented Design (Randomized Block
Design) was employed to evaluate 14 selected F3 genotypes (F60, F16, F81, F21, F90, F80, F8, F73, F22, F38,
F26, F41, F64, and F63)—comprising a total of 420 individual plants—alongside five check varieties. Observed
parameters included plant height, days to flowering, panicle length, total grains per panicle, filled grains per
panicle, 1000-grain weight, grain weight per clump, total tillers, productive tillers, leaf count, and leaf aroma.
The data were subsequently analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Least Significant Increase (LSI),
Pearson correlation, and path analysis.
