Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Kunyit (Curcuma longa L.) merupakan tanaman rimpang yang memiliki nilai ekonomi dan kesehatan serta banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pangan, obat tradisional, dan berbagai produk berbasis bahan alam. Perbedaan aksesi dan pemupukan dapat memengaruhi pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kunyit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemupukan terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil beberapa aksesi kunyit serta mengetahui respons aksesi terhadap jenis pupuk yang diberikan. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2025 sampai Mei 2026 di screenhouse Desa Kebanggan, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor dan tiga ulangan. Faktor pertama terdiri atas aksesi Kebumen, Merauke, Halmahera Selatan, varietas Turina 1, dan varietas Turina 2. Faktor kedua terdiri atas tanpa pupuk, 100% pupuk organik kotoran kambing, 100% pupuk sintetik, serta kombinasi 50% pupuk organik dan 50% pupuk sintetik. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, jumlah batang, diameter batang, kandungan klorofil, jumlah rimpang, berat segar rimpang, berat segar tanaman, berat kering tanaman, dan karakteristik morfologi. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan dilanjutkan DMRT pada taraf 5% apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemupukan tidak mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil aksesi kunyit. Aksesi menunjukkan variasi pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, diameter batang, kandungan klorofil total, berat segar rimpang, berat segar tanaman, serta berat kering tanaman. Varietas Turina 1 menunjukkan pertumbuhan dan biomassa tertinggi, sedangkan Kebumen dan Turina 2 menghasilkan jumlah daun terbanyak, yaitu 8,33 helai pada 26 MST.

Inggris)Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) is a rhizome plant with economic and health value that is widely used as a food ingredient, traditional medicine, and in various natural-based products. Differences in accession and fertilization can affect the growth and yield of turmeric plants. This study aimed to determine the effect of fertilization on the growth and yield of several turmeric accessions, as well as to determine the response of accessions to the type of fertilizer applied. The study was conducted from October 2025 to May 2026 in a screenhouse in Kebanggan Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency. The study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors and three replications. The first factor consisted of the Kebumen, Merauke, and South Halmahera accessions, and the Turina 1 and Turina 2 varieties. The second factor consisted of no fertilizer, 100% organic goat manure fertilizer, 100% synthetic fertilizer, and a combination of 50% organic and 50% synthetic fertilizer. The observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, number of stems, stem diameter, chlorophyll content, number of rhizomes, fresh rhizome weight, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, and morphological characteristics. Data were analyzed using ANOVA, followed by DMRT at a 5% significance level when significant effects were found. The results showed that fertilization was unable to enhance the growth and yield of the turmeric accessions. The accessions showed variation in plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, stem diameter, total chlorophyll content, fresh rhizome weight, fresh plant weight, and dry plant weight. The Turina 1 variety showed the highest growth and biomass, while the Kebumen and Turina 2 accessions produced the highest number of leaves, at 8.33 leaves at 26 WAP.
