Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi AB Mix, dosis pupuk hayati, dan interaksinya terhadap pertumbuhan serta hasil selada keriting (Lactuca sativa L.) pada sistem hidroponik wick. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan faktorial dua faktor di screenhouse, yang meliputi konsentrasi AB Mix (25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100%) serta dosis pupuk hayati (5, 10, dan 15 mL/L). Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah dan luas daun, bobot segar serta kering tajuk, volume akar, kandungan klorofil, dan populasi mikroba. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi AB Mix berpengaruh nyata terhadap sebagian besar variabel pertumbuhan, dengan konsentrasi 75% sebagai takaran optimum yang paling efektif dan efisien. Sedangkan pemberian pupuk hayati dengan berbagai dosisi belum mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada keriting.

Inggris) | This study aimed to find out the effect of AB Mix concentration, biofertilizer dosage, and their interaction on the growth and yield of curly lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) in a wick hydroponic system. The research used a two-factor factorial design in a screenhouse, including AB Mix concentrations (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%) and biofertilizer doses (5, 10, and 15 mL/L). Observed variables included plant height, number and leaf area, fresh and dry weight of the canopy, root volume, chlorophyll content, and microbial population. The analysis results showed that AB Mix concentration had a significant effect on most growth variables, with a 75% concentration being the most effective and efficient optimum dose. Meanwhile, applying biofertilizer at various doses had not yet been able to affect the growth and yield of curly lettuce. |
