| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kubis (Brassica oleracea L.) merupakan salah satu komoditas hortikultura bernilai ekonomi tinggi yang banyak dibudidayakan di dataran tinggi Dieng. Tanah Andisol yang dominan di kawasan tersebut memiliki sifat fisik yang baik, tetapi mempunyai kemampuan mengikat fosfor yang tinggi sehingga dapat membatasi ketersediaan unsur hara bagi tanaman. Pengelolaan bahan organik yang diperkaya mikroba berguna serta penerapan sistem tanam yang sesuai dapat menjadi salah satu pendekatan untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh bahan organik bermikroba, sistem tanam, serta interaksi keduanya terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis pada Andisol Dieng. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Juli–Desember 2025 di Desa Pekasiran, Kecamatan Batur, Kabupaten Banjarnegara, Jawa Tengah, pada ketinggian 1.834 m dpl. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah bahan organik bermikroba yang terdiri atas kontrol dan pupuk organik yang diperkaya Pseudomonas spp. serta fungi Dark Septate Endophyte (DSE), sedangkan faktor kedua adalah sistem tanam monokultur dan tumpangsari. Masing-masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang tiga kali dan setiap satuan percobaan menggunakan 15 tanaman sampel. Variabel yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, nilai SPAD, bobot krop, tebal krop, dan diameter krop. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam pada taraf 5% dan analisis korelasi antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan organik bermikroba berpengaruh terhadap beberapa variabel pertumbuhan, yaitu tinggi tanaman umur 6 minggu setelah tanam (MST), jumlah daun umur 3 dan 9 MST, serta luas daun umur 6, 9, dan 12 MST. Sistem tanam berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, dan nilai SPAD. Interaksi kedua faktor berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 3 MST, jumlah daun umur 9 MST, serta beberapa komponen hasil. Korelasi terkuat pada komponen hasil terdapat pada hubungan antara bobot krop dan diameter krop dengan nilai r = 0,913. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan organik bermikroba dan sistem tanam secara terpadu berpotensi mendukung pertumbuhan dan produktivitas tanaman kubis pada Andisol Dieng. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Cabbage (Brassica oleracea L.) is a high-value horticultural crop widely cultivated in the highlands of Dieng. The Andisol soils predominant in the region have favorable physical properties but a high phosphorus fixation capacity, which may limit nutrient availability to plants. The application of organic amendments enriched with beneficial microorganisms, combined with an appropriate cropping system, may provide an alternative approach to improving crop growth and yield. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of microorganism-enriched organic amendments, cropping systems, and their interaction on the growth and yield of cabbage grown on Andisol in Dieng. The study was conducted from July to December 2025 in Pekasiran Village, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, at an elevation of 1,834 m above sea level. A factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was employed with two factors. The first factor was microorganism-enriched organic amendment, consisting of a control and an organic amendment enriched with Pseudomonas spp. and Dark Septate Endophyte (DSE) fungi, while the second factor was cropping system, consisting of monoculture and intercropping. Each treatment combination was replicated three times, with 15 sampled plants per experimental unit. The observed variables included plant height, leaf number, leaf area, SPAD value, head weight, head thickness, and head diameter. Data were subjected to analysis of variance at the 5% significance level, followed by correlation analysis among variables. The results showed that microorganism-enriched organic amendments affected several growth variables, including plant height at 6 weeks after planting (WAP), leaf number at 3 and 9 WAP, and leaf area at 6, 9, and 12 WAP. Cropping systems affected plant height, leaf number, leaf area, and SPAD value. The interaction between the two factors affected plant height at 3 WAP, leaf number at 9 WAP, and several yield components. The strongest correlation among yield components was observed between head weight and head diameter, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.913. These findings indicate that the integrated application of microorganism-enriched organic amendments and appropriate cropping systems has the potential to support cabbage growth and productivity on Andisol soils in Dieng. |
