| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Laporan tugas akhir ini membahas pembuatan media promosional berupa video Iklan Layanan Masyarakat mengenai penipuan yang mengatasnamakan Kantor Imigrasi Cilacap. Selain menyajikan produk akhir, laporan ini juga menjelaskan pelaksanaan praktik kerja, proses pembuatan video Iklan Layanan Masyarakat (Public Service Announcement), serta kendala yang dihadapi beserta solusi yang diterapkan selama proses pengembangan produk.Proyek ini dilaksanakan selama kegiatan pelatihan kerja pada tanggal 11 Agustus hingga 28 November 2025 dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap berbagai modus penipuan yang dilakukan demi kepentingan pribadi pelaku. Metode yang digunakan dalam proyek ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terkait penipuan yang mengatasnamakan instansi imigrasi, sedangkan wawancara dengan petugas dan pemohon memberikan informasi mengenai bentuk penipuan yang sering terjadi serta dampaknya terhadap masyarakat. Dokumentasi dilakukan untuk mendukung pengumpulan data berdasarkan sumber resmi dan kegiatan selama proyek berlangsung. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang memahami informasi mengenai penipuan sehingga beberapa pemohon masih menjadi korban dari tindakan tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penulis membuat video promosional berbentuk mini-drama yang dikembangkan berdasarkan referensi film agar penyampaian informasi menjadi lebih menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat. Proses pembuatan video meliputi penentuan target audiens, penyusunan konsep cerita dan adegan, proses produksi dan promosi media, serta validasi isi materi agar informasi yang disampaikan tetap akurat. Melalui proyek ini, diharapkan masyarakat dapat lebih berhati-hati terhadap segala bentuk penipuan yang mengatasnamakan pihak imigrasi serta memahami pentingnya memperoleh informasi dari sumber resmi. |

Inggris) | This job training report discusses the creation of an promotional media product in the form of a Public Service Announcement (PSA) video about scam committed under the name of the Cilacap Immigration Office. In addition to presenting the final product, this report also describes the Job Training Implementation, the Process of Creating the Public Service Announcement Video, and the Obstacles and Solutions encountered during the development of the product. The project was conducted during the internship program from August 11 to November 28, 2025, with the aim of increasing public awareness of various scam schemes carried out for the perpetrators’ personal interests. The methods applied in this project included observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation was conducted to identify the public’s understanding regarding scams that misuse the name of the Immigration Office, while interviews with officers and applicants provided information about common scam cases and their impacts on society. Documentation was also carried out to support data collection from official sources and activities during the implementation of the project. The findings revealed that many people still lacked understanding of fraud-related information, causing several applicants to become victims of such crimes. To address this issue, the writer created an promotional video in the form of a mini-drama inspired by film references to make the information more engaging and easier for the public to understand. The process of producing the video included identifying the target audience, developing the storyline and scenes, conducting media production and promotional activities, and validating the content to ensure the accuracy of the information presented. Through this project, it is expected that the public will become more cautious of scam carried out under the name of the Immigration Office and understand the importance of obtaining information from official sources. |
