Indonesia) | Politeknik Gusdurian Purwokerto adalah sebuah instansi pendidikan terbaru di Purwokerto yang bertanggung jawab atas pengolahan informasi dalam pembelajaran antar mahasiswa/i dan dosen Politeknik Gusdurian Purwokerto. Politeknik Gusdurian Purwokerto memanfaatkan sistem informasi akademik yang dibuat untuk membantu fungsi manajemen akademik bagi mahasiswa dan dosen. Kualitas sistem informasi akademik sering menghadapi tantangan, seperti integritas data, kemudahan penggunaan (usability), keandalan sistem, dan layanan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem akademik milik Politeknik Gusdurian Purwokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem informasi akademik dengan berdasarkan standard pengujian kualitas perangkat lunak ISO 25010 dari aspek usability dengan metode USE Questionnaire milik Arnold M. Lund. Berdsarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan sistem mendapatkan skor akhir 74,4% dengan predikat baik menurut standar usability sistem ISO 25010. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi akademik Politeknik Gusdurian Purwokerto perlu peningkatan pada aspek khususnya usability dan ease of use. |

Inggris) | Politeknik Gusdurian Purwokerto is a newly established educational institution in Purwokerto that is responsible for managing academic information and facilitating learning interactions between students and lecturers. To support academic management functions, the institution utilizes an academic information system designed to assist students and lecturers in accessing and managing academic information. However, the quality of academic information systems often faces several challenges, including data integrity, usability, system reliability, and user support services. This study aims to evaluate and improve the quality of the academic information system at Politeknik Gusdurian Purwokerto based on the ISO/IEC 25010 software quality standard, particularly from the usability aspect, using Arnold M. Lund’s USE Questionnaire method. The results of the study show that the system achieved a final usability score of 74.4%, which is categorized as good according to the ISO/IEC 25010 usability standard. These findings indicate that the academic information system of Politeknik Gusdurian Purwokerto still requires improvements, particularly in terms of usability and ease of use, to provide a more effective and user-friendly experience for students and lecturers.
