Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Produksi sawi pagoda (Brassica narinosa L.) pada sistem hidroponik dipengaruhi oleh
ketersediaan nutrisi dan media tanam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh
konsentrasi ekoenzim, media tanam, dan interaksi keduanya terhadap hasil tanaman sawi pagoda pada
sistem hidroponik Deep Flow Technique (DFT). Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak
Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua konsentrasi ekoenzim (1500 dan 2500 ppm) dan tiga media
tanam (rockwool, spons, dan cocopeat), masing-masing diulang empat kali. Variabel hasil yang
diamati meliputi indeks kehijauan daun, bobot segar tanaman, bobot kering tanaman, bobot segar
akar, dan bobot kering akar. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan DMRT taraf 5%. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi ekoenzim berpengaruh terhadap seluruh variabel hasil
yang diamati, media tanam berpengaruh terhadap variabel bobot segar tanaman, sedangkan
kombinasi antara konsentrasi ekoenzim dan media tanam berpengaruh nyata terhadap bobot segar
tanaman. Kombinasi ekoenzim 1500 ppm dan media tanam cocopeat menghasilkan hasil tanaman
terbaik pada sistem hidroponik DFT.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)The productivity of pagoda mustard (Brassica narinosa L.) in hydroponic cultivation is
influenced by nutrient availability and growing media. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of eco
enzyme concentration, growing media, and their interaction on the yield of pagoda mustard grown
in a Deep Flow Technique (DFT) hydroponic system. A factorial randomized complete block design
was applied using two eco-enzyme concentrations (1500 and 2500 ppm) and three growing media
(rockwool, sponge, and cocopeat) with four replications. The observed yield variables included leaf
greenness index, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, fresh root weight, and dry root weight. Data
were analyzed using ANOVA followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5%
significance level. Eco-enzyme concentration significantly affected all yield variables, while growing
media significantly affected resh plant weight, and whereas the interaction between eco-enzyme
concentration and growing media significantly affected fresh plant weight. The combination of 1500
ppm eco-enzyme and cocopeat produced the highest yield of pagoda mustard in the DFT hydroponic
system.
