Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tanaman padi (Oryza sativa L.) di Kecamatan Rakit, Kabupaten Banjarnegara, merupakan komoditas utama yang sangat bergantung pada sistem irigasi DAS Serayu Tengah, namun informasi mengenai distribusi unsur hara fosfor (P) yang spesifik lokasi di wilayah ini masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui distribusi hara fosfor, sifat kimia tanah beserta korelasi antarvariabel pengamatan, serta menyusun rekomendasi dosis pemupukan fosfor spesifik lokasi. Metode survei deskriptif semi-detail (skala 1:50.000) diterapkan pada lahan sawah irigasi varietas Inpari 32 menggunakan purposive random sampling berdasarkan Satuan Lahan Homogen (SLH) hasil overlay peta penggunaan lahan, jenis tanah, dan kelerengan, sehingga diperoleh 16 titik sampel pada 4 SLH. Parameter yang diamati meliputi sifat kimia tanah dan serapan P tanaman (metode destruksi basah), dengan hasil laboratorium menunjukkan P-tersedia tanah berstatus rendah hingga sedang (2–37 ppm P2O5, didominasi harkat rendah pada lapisan olah). Uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan positif sangat kuat antara pH H2O dan pH KCl (r = 0,963 pada kedalaman 0–25 cm; r = 0,931 pada 25–50 cm), serta korelasi negatif sangat kuat antara pH KCl dan potensial redoks pada kedalaman 25–50 cm (r = -0,889). P-tersedia tanah tidak berkorelasi signifikan terhadap serapan P daun maupun malai, sedangkan serapan P tanaman utuh berkorelasi positif sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap hasil tanaman (r = 0,870; p < 0,01). Rekomendasi pemupukan fosfor spesifik lokasi rata-rata sebesar 25,66 kg P2O5 ha-1, setara dengan 71,28 kg SP-36 ha-1, 55,79 kg TSP ha-1, atau 171,08 kg Phonska ha-1.

Inggris)Rice (Oryza sativa L.) in Rakit Subdistrict, Banjarnegara Regency, is a major commodity highly dependent on the irrigation system of the Central Serayu River Basin, yet site-specific information on the distribution of phosphorus (P) nutrients in this region remains limited. This study aimed to determine the distribution of phosphorus, soil chemical properties and correlations among observed variables, and to formulate site-specific phosphorus fertilization recommendations. A semi-detailed descriptive survey method (1:50,000 scale) was applied to irrigated rice fields planted with the Inpari 32 variety using purposive random sampling based on Homogeneous Land Units (SLH) derived from an overlay of land-use, soil-type, and slope maps, yielding 16 sample points across 4 SLH. Observed parameters included soil chemical properties and plant P uptake (wet-destruction method), with laboratory results showing that available soil P ranged from low to moderate (2–37 ppm P2O5, dominated by the low class in the topsoil). Pearson correlation analysis revealed a very strong positive relationship between H2O pH and KCl pH (r = 0.963 at 0–25 cm; r = 0.931 at 25–50 cm) and a very strong negative correlation between KCl pH and redox potential at 25–50 cm (r = -0.889). Available soil P was not significantly correlated with leaf or grain P uptake, whereas whole-plant P uptake showed a very strong and significant positive correlation with crop yield (r = 0.870; p < 0.01). The average site-specific phosphorus fertilization recommendation was 25.66 kg P2O5 ha-1, equivalent to 71.28 kg SP-36 ha-1, 55.79 kg TSP ha-1, or 171.08 kg Phonska ha-1.
