| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penambahan Eco-enzyme buah pepaya dalam pakan berpotensi meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan efisiensi pakan ikan lele (Clarias sp.). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh berbagai dosis Eco-enzyme terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup serta menentukan dosis optimal. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan, yaitu P0 (0 ml/100 g), P1 (20 ml/100 g), P2 (40 ml/100 g), dan P3 (60 ml/100 g), masing-masing 3 ulangan selama 28 hari. Hasil menunjukkan Eco-enzyme berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap bobot, panjang, dan SGR. Bobot mutlak tertinggi P3 (15,68 g) dan terendah P0 (7,28 g), sedangkan panjang tertinggi P3 (5,15 cm) dan terendah P0 (2,71 cm). SGR bobot tertinggi P3 (4,08%/hari) dan terendah P0 (2,46%/hari). SR tertinggi P2 (88,89%) dan terendah P0, P1, dan P3 (77,78%), namun tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05). FCR terendah P3 (0,76) dan tertinggi P0 (1,69). Perlakuan P3 (60 ml/100 g) merupakan dosis optimal untuk pertumbuhan dan efisiensi pakan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The addition of papaya fruit Eco-enzyme to feed has the potential to improve growth and feed efficiency in catfish (Clarias sp.). This study aimed to determine the effects of different Eco-enzyme doses on growth and survival and to identify the optimal dose. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used with four treatments: P0 (0 ml/100 g), P1 (20 ml/100 g), P2 (40 ml/100 g), and P3 (60 ml/100 g), with three replications for 28 days. The results showed that Eco-enzyme significantly affected weight, length, and SGR (P<0.05). The highest absolute weight was recorded in P3 (15.68 g) and the lowest in P0 (7.28 g), while the highest absolute length was recorded in P3 (5.15 cm) and the lowest in P0 (2.71 cm). Weight SGR was highest in P3 (4.08%/day) and lowest in P0 (2.46%/day). SR was highest in P2 (88.89%) and lowest in P0, P1, and P3 (77.78%), with no significant difference (P>0.05). FCR was lowest in P3 (0.76) and highest in P0 (1.69). P3 (60 ml/100 g) was the optimal dose for growth and feed efficiency. |
