| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, dan pengungkapan Sustainability Report terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan kelapa sawit. Teknik pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 24 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan periode selama tiga tahun. Dengan demikian, jumlah observasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 72 data observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Current Ratio tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham. Serta, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terbukti juga tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sementara itu, pengungkapan Sustainability Report memiliki pengaruh signifikan yang positif terhadap harga saham. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study aims to determine the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and disclosure of Sustainability Reports on stock prices in palm oil companies. Purposive sampling was used to select 24 companies for the three-year study period. Therefore, the study used 72 observations. The analyzed data consisted of secondary data obtained from the companies' financial statements and published sustainability reports. The research results indicate that the Current Ratio has no impact on stock prices. Similarly, the Debt-to-Equity Ratio (DER) was found to have no significant influence on stock prices. In contrast, sustainability report disclosures have a significant positive impact on stock prices. |
