Pemanfaatan konsorsium bakteri rizosfer antagonis berpotensi menjadi strategi preventif efektif menekan pertumbuhan G. boninense secara in vitro maupun in planta. Penelitian berbasis analisis ANOVA dan uji DMRT taraf kesalahan 5% di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman serta lahan ex farm Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman mencatatkan perlakuan K1 (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens + Bacillus siamensis) memberikan daya hambat in vitro terbaik sebesar 61,8%. Evaluasi in planta menunjukkan perlakuan K5 (B. siamensis + Pseudomonas aeruginosa + B. amyloliquefaciens) menghasilkan penekanan tertinggi dengan intensitas penyakit terendah (25%), persentase penekanan tertinggi (63,64%), dan nilai AUDPC terendah (386,90), sedangkan laju infeksi terkecil diperoleh dari K3 (B. siamensis + P. aeruginosa + B. amyloliquefaciens) sebesar -1,92 u/w. Parameter agronomi mencatatkan perlakuan K1 paling unggul meningkatkan berat kering total (5,813 g), jumlah daun (5,8 helai), dan berat basah (16,485 g). Perlakuan K2 (B. amyloliquefaciens + P. aeruginosa + B. amyloliquefaciens) menghasilkan tinggi tanaman terbaik sebesar 35,825 cm, sedangkan panjang akar optimal diperoleh perlakuan K4 (B. amyloliquefaciens + B. amyloliquefaciens + B. siamensis) sebesar 26,1 cm. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Basal stem rot disease caused by Ganoderma boninense colonization is one of the constraints in oil palm cultivation due to its high pathogenicity and difficulty in control. The utilization of antagonistic rhizobacterial consortia has potential as an effective preventive strategy to suppress G. boninense growth both in vitro and in planta. Research based on ANOVA analysis and DMRT at a 5% significance level conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory and the ex-farm field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, recorded that treatment K1 (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens + Bacillus siamensis) provided the best in vitro inhibition rate of 61.8%. The in planta evaluation showed that treatment K5 (B. siamensis + Pseudomonas aeruginosa + B. amyloliquefaciens) yielded the highest disease suppression with the lowest disease intensity (25%), highest suppression percentage (63.64%), and lowest AUDPC value (386.90), while the lowest infection rate was obtained from K3 (B. siamensis + P. aeruginosa + B. amyloliquefaciens) at -1.92 u/w. Agronomic parameters revealed that treatment K1 was most effective in increasing total dry weight (5.813 g), leaf count (5.8 leaves), and fresh weight (16.485 g). Treatment K2 (B. amyloliquefaciens + P. aeruginosa + B. amyloliquefaciens) produced the best plant height at 35.825 cm, whereas optimal root length was achieved by treatment K4 (B. amyloliquefaciens + B. amyloliquefaciens + B. siamensis) at 26.1 cm. Waterlogging stress constrained root expansion and seedling stem elongation, causing plant height and root length parameters to show no significant differences among treatments; nevertheless, this antagonistic bacterial consortium formula retains potential for development as a plant bioprotective agent. |
