| Judul Artikel | Potensi Risiko Ekologis Berdasarkan Konsentrasi Logam Pb, Cr,Cd Pada Mangrove Rhizophora mucronata Kawasan Ekosistem Esensial Kali Ijo |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Ekosistem mangrove rentan mengalami akumulasi logam berat, termasuk timbal (Pb), kromium (Cr), dan kadmium (Cd), akibat aktivitas antropogenik di sekitar kawasan pesisir. Muara Kali Ijo, Kabupaten Kebumen berpotensi mengalami pencemaran logam berat akibat menerima limbah dari aktivitas pertanian, perikanan, pertambakan, dan industri rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeteksi kandungan Pb, Cr, dan Cd pada sedimen dan akar mangrove Rhizophora mucronata, menganalisis biokonsentrasi dengan nilai Bioconcentration Factor (BCF), serta menganalisis potensi risiko ekologis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei pada enam stasiun secara purposive sampling. Konsentrasi logam diukur menggunakan Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS), dan risiko ekologis dianalisis menggunakan Contamination Factor, Enrichment Factor, Geo-accumulation Index, dan Potential Ecological Risk Index (RI). Hasil menunjukkan konsentrasi logam pada sedimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan akar, dengan Pb 0,240-0,367 mg/kg, Cr 0,020-0,040 mg/kg, dan Cd 0,215-0,322 mg/kg pada sedimen, seluruhnya di bawah ambang Sediment Quality Guidelines. Nilai BCF ketiga logam berada dibawah 1,mengindikasikan R. mucronata sebagai tumbuhan excluder dengan kemampuan akumulasi logam berat yang rendah. Nilai Potential Ecological Risk Index (RI) berkisar antara 21,70-32,15 menunjukkan potensi risiko ekologis yang tergolong rendah di seluruh stasiun, meskipun Cd memberikan risiko terbesar dibandingkan Pb dan Cr sehingga perlu diperhatikan. |

Inggris) | Mangrove ecosystems are susceptible to the accumulation of heavy metals, including lead (Pb), chromium (Cr), and cadmium (Cd), due to anthropogenic activities around coastal areas. Muara Kali Ijo, Kebumen Regency has the potential to experience heavy metal pollution due to receiving waste from agicultural, fishery, aquaculture, and household industry activities. This study aims to detect Pb, Cr, and Cd content in the sediment and roots of Rhizophora mucronata mangroves, analyze bioaccumulation with Bioconcentration Factor (BCF) values, and analyze potential ecological risks. This study used a survey method at six purposive sampling stations, with metal concentrations measured using Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS), and ecological risks analyzed using Contamination Factor, Enrichment Factor, Geo-accumulation Index, and Potential Ecological Risk Index (RI). The results showed that the concentration of metals in sediments was higher than in roots, with Pb 0.240-0.367 mg/kg, Cr 0.020-0.040 mg/kg, and Cd 0.215-0.322 mg/kg in sediments, all below the Sediment Quality Guidelines threshold. The BCF value of the three metals is below 1, indicating R. mucronata as an excluder plant with a low ability to accumulate heavy metals. The Potential Ecological Risk Index (RI) value ranges from 21.70-32.15 indicating a relatively low potential ecological risk in all stations, although Cd poses the geatest risk compared to Pb and Cr so it needs to be considered.
