| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Laporan tugas akhir ini disusun berdasarkan praktik kerja yang dilaksanakan di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta pada 1 Agustus – 31 Oktober 2025. Penulis ditempatkan di divisi pemasaran dan divisi secretariat. Tujuan laporan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan praktik kerja yang berupa pembuatan video promosi Bahasa Inggris dengan subtitle Bahasa Indonesia. Produk ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di Museum Benteng Vredeburg dan Museum Sonobudoyo khususnya wisatawan asing. Dalam proses pengembangan produk, penulis menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Melalui ketiga metode tersebut, penulis mengidentifikasi kebutuhan promosi Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta, mengumpulkan informasi mengenai konsep dan durasi video promosi, memperoleh rekomendasi destinasi wisata yang akan dipromosikan, serta mengumpulkan data visual dan informasi pendukung yang berkaitan dengan pembuatan video promosi dwibahasa. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa dua video promosi dwibahasa tentang Museum Sonobudoyo dan Museum Benteng Vredeburg yang disajikan dalam bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Inggris untuk menjangkau audiens lokal maupun internasional. Terdapat beberapa kendala pada proses pembuatan video promosi seperti cuaca yang tidak dapat terprediksi dan keterbatasan kualitas kamera ponsel sehingga membuat proses dokumentasi terhambat. Semua kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan memeriksa perkiraan cuaca satu hari sebelum proses dokumentasi, serta menyewa ponsel di tempat terdekat. Hasil yang akan diperoleh dari praktik kerja ini yaitu dua video promosi yang menjelaskan mengenai Museum Benteng Vredeburg dan Museum Sonobudoyo. Produk tersebut dibuat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan asing dan lokal yang berkunjung ke Museum Benteng Vredeburg dan Museum Sonobudoyo. Produk tersebut dipublikasikan melalui Instagram @pariwisata.jogjakota. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This final project report is based on job training conducted at Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta from August 1 to October 31, 2025. The author was assigned to the secretariat division and the marketing division. The purpose of this report is to describe the internship, which involved the production of a promotional video in English voice-over with Indonesian subtitles. This video aims to increase the number of visitors to the Benteng Vredeburg Museum and the Sonobudoyo, particularly among foreign tourists. During the process of creating the product, the author used observation, interviews, and documentation methods. Through these methods, the author identified the promotional needs of Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta, gathered information regarding the promotional video concept and duration, obtained recommendations for the tourist destinations to be featured, and collected visual data and supporting information related to the creation of the bilingual promotional videos. The final products were two bilingual promotional videos featuring Sonobudoyo Museum and Benteng Vredeburg Museum. The videos were presented in both Indonesian and English to reach both local and international audiences. There were several obstacles during the promotional video production process, such as unpredictable weather and limitations in smartphone camera quality, which hindered the documentation process. All these challenges were addressed by checking the weather forecast one day prior to documentation and renting a smartphone from a nearby location. The results of this practical work are two promotional videos explaining the Benteng Vredeburg Museum and the Sonobudoyo Museum. The product was created with the aim of increasing the number of foreign and local tourists visiting the Benteng Vredeburg Museum and the Sonobudoyo Museum. The videos were published via Instagram @pariwisata.jogjakota. |
