Indonesia) | Aktivitas rantai pasok yang melibatkan berbagai pihak berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakpastian dan risiko yang dapat mengganggu kelancaran proses produksi maupun distribusi, sehingga penerapan manajemen risiko dalam Supply Chain Management (SCM) menjadi hal yang penting untuk dilakukan. PT Kreasi Kemasan Komposit sebagai perusahaan manufaktur kemasan komposit masih menghadapi berbagai risiko dalam aktivitas rantai pasoknya, di antaranya product defect, downtime mesin, hingga kesalahan pada proses deliver. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengelola risiko pada rantai pasok perusahaan menggunakan metode House of Risk (HOR) yang diintegrasikan dengan fuzzy logic. Pemetaan aktivitas rantai pasok dilakukan menggunakan model Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) yang mencakup proses plan, source, make, deliver, dan return. Fuzzy logic digunakan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan objektivitas penilaian severity, occurrence, dan korelasi dari ahli. Hasil penelitian pada HOR Tahap 1 mengidentifikasi 16 risk event dan 19 risk agent dan diperoleh 2 risk agent dengan nilai ARP tertinggi, yakni kelalaian pengecekan ulang (A16), kualitas lem kurang baik (A12). HOR Tahap 2 digunakan untuk merancang dan memprioritaskan strategi mitigasi berdasarkan nilai Effectiveness to Difficulty Ratio (ETDk) dan diperoleh 6 aksi mitigasi. Penerapan checklist inspeksi standar sebagai strategi paling efektif untuk diterapkan terlebih dahulu berdasarkan nilai ETDk tertinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risk agent prioritas berkorelasi langsung dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan, yakni kesalahan proses delivery dan product defect, sehingga rekomendasi strategi mitigasi yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut secara lebih terstruktur dan terprioritas.

Inggris) | Supply chain activities involving multiple parties have the potential to create uncertainty and risks that can disrupt the smoothness of production and distribution processes, making the implementation of risk management within Supply Chain Management (SCM) an important undertaking. PT Kreasi Kemasan Komposit, as a composite packaging manufacturing company, still faces various risks in its supply chain activities, including product defects, machine downtime, and errors in the delivery process. This study aims to identify and manage risks in the company supply chain using the House of Risk (HOR) method integrated with fuzzy logic. Supply chain activity mapping was carried out using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model, covering the plan, source, make, deliver, and return. Fuzzy logic was used to improve the accuracy and objectivity of severity, occurrence, and correlation assessments obtained from expert judgment. The results of HOR phase 1 identified 16 risk events and 19 risk agents, with 2 risk agents obtaining the highest Aggregate Risk Potential (ARP) values, namely negligence in re-checking (A16), poor adhesive quality (A12). HOR phase 2 was used to design and prioritize mitigation strategies based on the Effectiveness to Difficulty Ratio (ETDk) value, resulting in 6 proposed mitigation actions. The implementation of a standard inspection checklist was identified as the most effective strategy to be prioritized based on the highest ETDk value. The results show that the priority risk agents are directly correlated with the problems faced by the company, namely delivery process errors and product defects, so that the resulting mitigation strategy recommendations can serve as a reference for the company in addressing these issues in a more structured and prioritized manner. |
