Indonesia) | Industri plastik nasional tumbuh pesat, mendorong PT Abhimata Emas Juara sebagai produsen kemasan plastik untuk semakin memperhatikan pemilihan pemasok bahan baku biji plastik HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene). Selama ini perusahaan mengevaluasi pemasok berdasarkan kesesuaian spesifikasi produk, waktu pengiriman, kemudahan komunikasi, harga terendah dan layanan purna jual akan tetapi masih ditemui masalah seperti kontaminasi warna, keterlambatan pengiriman, kemasan rusak, dan minimum order quantity (MOQ) yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pemasok berdasarkan kriteria dan subkriteria yang memengaruhi kinerja pengadaan menggunakan Best-Worst Method (BWM) untuk bobot kriteria, serta PROMETHEE II untuk menentukan peringkat pemasok terbaik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap enam pengambil keputusan pada bagian purchasing, finance, PPIC, QA/QC, RND, dan warehouse. Hasil BWM menunjukkan kriteria Quality memperoleh bobot tertinggi (0,351), diikuti Delivery, Communication, Assurance, dan Price, dengan subkriteria kesesuaian spesifikasi menjadi yang paling dominan (bobot global 0,179). Hasil PROMETHEE II menempatkan supplier AP pada peringkat pertama dengan net flow 0,569, diikuti GCM (-0,094) dan TIA (-0,475). Pemasok AP perlu memperbaiki kebijakan diskon agar lebih kompetitif dan membangun sistem penanganan kendala pengadaan yang lebih terstruktur, pemasok GCM perlu memperbaiki kebijakan potongan harga agar lebih kompetitif serta menambah opsi metode pembayaran, sedangkan pemasok TIA perlu memperbaiki sistem logistik agar ketepatan waktu pengiriman meningkat. Supplier AP direkomendasikan menjadi mitra strategis jangka panjang karena mendominasi secara konsisten pada sebagian besar kriteria penilaian. |

Inggris) | The national plastics industry is growing rapidly, prompting PT Abhimata Emas Juara, a manufacturer of plastic packaging, to pay even closer attention to the selection of suppliers for HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) plastic resin. Until now, the company has evaluated suppliers based on product specification compliance, delivery time, ease of communication, lowest price, and after-sales service; however, issues such as color contamination, delivery delays, damaged packaging, and high minimum order quantities (MOQs) still persist. This study aims to evaluate suppliers based on criteria and sub-criteria that influence procurement performance using the Best-Worst Method (BWM) for criterion weighting and PROMETHEE II to determine the ranking of the best suppliers. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires administered to six decision-makers in the purchasing, finance, PPIC, QA/QC, R&D, and warehouse departments. The BWM results show that the Quality criterion received the highest weight (0.351), followed by Delivery, Communication, Assurance, and Price, with the subcriterion of specification compliance being the most dominant (overall weight of 0.179). The PROMETHEE II results rank supplier AP first with a net flow of 0.569, followed by GCM (-0.094) and TIA (-0.475). Supplier AP needs to improve its discount policy to be more competitive and establish a more structured system for handling procurement issues; supplier GCM needs to improve its price discount policy to be more competitive and add payment method options; while supplier TIA needs to improve its logistics system to increase delivery timeliness. Supplier AP is recommended as a long-term strategic partner because it consistently dominates most of the evaluation criteria. |
