Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian dengan judul “Respon Level Pemupukan NPK dan Mikoriza Terhadap Kecernaan Bahan Kering dan Bahan Organik Rumput Odot Secara In Vitro pada Musim Kemarau di Lahan Pascatambang Kapur” bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian mikoriza dan pupuk NPK terhadap kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik Rumput odot (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) pada lahan pascatambang kapur. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu mikoriza (M) = 0; 300 kg/ha dan pupuk NPK (N) = 0; 100; 200; 300 kg/ha. Data dianalisis menggunakan hasil Analisis Variansi (ANAVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi nyata (P<0,05) antara mikoriza dan dosis pupuk terhadap kecernaan bahan kering Rumput Odot, serta berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kecernaan bahan organik Rumput Odot. Nilai kecernaan bahan kering Rumput Odot tertinggi pada perlakuan M1N¬3 (mikoriza 300 kg/ha dan NPK 300 kg/ha) sebesar 45,36% dan terendah pada perlakuan M0N0 (mikoriza 0 kg/ha dan NPK 0 kg/ha) sebesar 35,88%. Nilai kecernaan bahan organik Rumput Odot tertinggi pada perlakuan M1N2 (mikoriza 300 kg/ha dan NPK 200 kg/ha)sebesar 46,46% dan terendah pada perlakuan M0N0 (mikoriza 0 kg/ha dan NPK 0 kg/ha) sebesar 36,14%. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi antara mikoriza dan pupuk NPK dapat meningkatkan kecernaan Rumput Odot yang ditanam di lahan pascatambang pada musim kemarau.

Inggris)The study entitled “Response of NPK Fertilization Levels and Mycorrhizal Application on the In Vitro Dry Matter and Organic Matter Digestibility of Odot grass Grown on Post-Limestone Mining Land During the Dry Season” aimed to evaluate the effects of mycorrhizal inoculation and NPK fertilization on the dry matter and organic matter digestibility of Odot grass (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) cultivated on post-limestone mining land. The experiment employed a completely randomized design (CRD) with a 2 × 4 factorial arrangement consisting of two factors: mycorrhiza (M) at 0 and 300 kg/ha, and NPK fertilizer (N) at 0, 100, 200, and 300 kg/ha. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by Tukey's honestly significant difference (HSD) test. The results showed a significant interaction (P<0.05) between mycorrhiza and NPK fertilizer levels on the in vitro dry matter digestibility of Odot grass and a highly significant interaction (P<0.01) on its organic matter digestibility. The highest dry matter digestibility (45.36%) was obtained from treatment M1N3 (300 kg/ha mycorrhiza and 300 kg/ha NPK fertilizer), whereas the lowest value (35.88%) was observed in treatment M0N0 (0 kg/ha mycorrhiza and 0 kg/ha NPK fertilizer). The highest organic matter digestibility (46.46%) was recorded in treatment M1N2 (300 kg/ha mycorrhiza and 200 kg/ha NPK fertilizer), while the lowest value (36.14%) was found in treatment M0N0 (0 kg/ha mycorrhiza and 0 kg/ha NPK fertilizer). It can be concluded that the combined application of mycorrhiza and NPK fertilizer improved the digestibility of Odot grass grown on post-limestone mining land during the dry season.
