Indonesia) | Sektor pertanian masih menjadi salah satu penyerap tenaga kerja yang cukup besar di Indonesia, namun sektor pertanian belum sepenuhnya mampu menarik minat tenaga kerja, khususnya generasi muda, untuk berkarier secara konsisten di bidang pertanian, sehingga diperlukan analisis mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat terhadap pekerjaan di sektor pertanian pada siswa SMKN 1 kalibagor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui minat terhadap pekerjaan di sektor pertanian pada siswa-siswi SMK Pertanian di Kabupaten Banyumas, (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap minat bekerja di sektor pertanian (3) mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa-siswi terhadap minat bekerja di sektor pertanian (4) mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman pribadi dalam bertani terhadap minat bekerja di sektor pertanian (5) mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat bekerja di sektor pertanian. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 1 Kalibagor Kabupaten Banyumas pada bulan November-Desember 2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei untuk pengumpulan data, objek penelitian adalah minat siswa-siswi terhadap pekerjaan di sektor pertanian. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan tabel Krejcie and Morgan dengan jumlah sampel 144 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner Google Form, wawancara langsung, dan dokumentasi dengan pengukuran skala Likert empat tingkat. Analisis data menggunakan Pearson Correlation dengan bantuan software SPSS dan Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 4 untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel eksogen (motivasi, persepsi, pengalaman bertani, pengaruh lingkungan keluarga) dengan variabel endogen (minat terhadap pekerjaan di sektor pertanian). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa-siswi SMKN 1 Kalibagor terhadap sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Banyumas termasuk kategori tinggi dengan presentase 56.95%. Variabel motivasi (X1), persepsi (X2), dan lingkungan keluarga (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel minat terhadap sektor pertanian (Y), sedangkan variabel pengalaman (X3) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel minat (Y). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat siswa-siswi SMKN 1 Kalibagor pada sektor pertanian di Kabupaten Banyumas, yaitu variabel motivasi dapat mendorong siswa untuk melihat peluang dan manfaat yang ditawarkan sektor pertanian, sementara persepsi yang positif akan membentuk pandangan yang baik terhadap prospek sektor tersebut, serta semakin besar dukungan yang diberikan oleh keluarga, maka semakin tinggi minat mereka untuk terlibat atau berkarier di bidang pertanian. |

Inggris) | The agricultural sector is still one of the largest employers of labor in Indonesia, but the agricultural sector has not been fully able to attract the interest of the workforce, especially the younger generation, to have a consistent career in agriculture, so an analysis of the factors that affect interest in work in the agricultural sector in SMKN 1 Kalibagor students is needed. This study aims to (1) find out the interest in work in the agricultural sector among students of the Agricultural Vocational School in Banyumas Regency, (2) find out the influence of motivation on interest in working in the agricultural sector (3) find out the influence of students' perception on interest in working in the agricultural sector (4) find out the influence of personal experience in farming on interest in working in the agricultural sector (5) find out the influence of the family environment on interest in working in the agricultural sector. This research was carried out at SMKN 1 Kalibagor, Banyumas Regency in November-December 2025. This study uses a survey method for data collection, the object of the research is the interest of students in work in the agricultural sector The sampling method uses the purposive sampling technique, determining the number of samples using the Krejcie and Morgan table with a sample of 144 people. Data collection was conducted through Google Form questionnaires, live interviews, and documentation with five-level Likert scale measurements. Data analysis used Pearson Correlation with software SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4 software to test the relationship between exogenous variables (motivation, perception, farming experience, influence of the family environment) and endogenous variables (interest in work in the agricultural sector). The results of the study show that the interest of SMKN 1 Kalibagor students in the agricultural sector in Banyumas Regency is in the high category with a percentage of 56.95%. The variables of motivation (X1), perception (X2), and family environment (X4) had a significant effect on the variables of interest in the agricultural sector (Y), while the experience variable (X3) had no significant effect on the variables of interest (Y). This shows that there are three variables that have a significant effect on the interest of SMKN 1 Kalibagor students in the agricultural sector in Banyumas Regency, namely motivational variables can encourage students to see the opportunities and benefits offered by the agricultural sector, while a positive perception will form a good view of the prospects of the sector, as well as the greater the support provided by the family, So the higher their interest in getting involved or having a career in agriculture. |
