| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Separuh dari jumlah keseluruhan pasien dewasa penderita DM tipe-2 berumur > 60 tahun. Sejalan dengan bertambahnya usia, resiko terjadinya komplikasi DM pada pasien lanjut usia meningkat setiap tahunnya. Upaya peningkatan kepatuhan minum obat perlu dilakukan dengan melihat berbagai faktor guna mencegah atau memperlambat terjadinya komplikasi DM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien DM tipe-2 lanjut usia di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik, dengan rancangan Cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien penderita DM tipe-2 lanjut usia di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian adalah menggunakan Purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Kuesioner Morisky self-Reported digunakan untuk mengukur kepatuhan minum obat pasien. Analisis data yang digunakan untuk analisis bivariat menggunakan Chi-square sedangkan untuk analisis multivariate digunakan Regresi Logistik Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden yang patuh 38 responden (76%) sedangkan sisanya 12 responden (24%) tidak patuh minum obat. Hasil analisis uji statistik Chi Square diketahui ada pengaruh antara jenis kelamin (p = 0,013 < 0,05), pekerjaan (p = 0,000 < 0,05), dan pengetahuan (p = 0,000 < 0,05) dengan kepatuhan minum obat. Hasil analisis Regresi Logistik menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan minum obat pada lansia penderita DM tipe-2 di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto adalah pengetahuan tentang DM (p = 0,002; Exp (β) = 39,754). |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Half of total number adult patients with type 2 DM patients aged > 60 years old. With the age, the risk of diabetes complications in elderly patients is increasing every year. Efforts to improve medication adherence needs to be done by looking at various factors to prevent or slow the onset of diabetes complications. The aims of this study were to determine the factors that influence medication adherence in elderly patients with type-2 DM in RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. The type of this study was analytical descriptive with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all elderly patients with type-2 DM in RSUD Prof Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Sampling techniques in the study were using purposive sampling. Instrument of data collection using questionnaires. Self-Reported Morisky questionnaire used to measure the patient's medication adherence. Analysis of the data for bsisivariate analysis using Chi-square then for multivariate analysis used logistic regression. The results showed that the 38 respondents (76%) were adherent while the remaining 12 respondents (24%) not adherent at taking medication. The results of Chi Square statistical analysis, the factor known that have influence with medication adherence were sexes (p = 0.013 <0.05), occupation (p = 0.000 <0.05), and knowledge (p = 0.000 <0.05). The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the most influential factor on medication adherence in elderly patients with type 2 DM in RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto is knowledge of DM (p = 0.002; Exp (β) = 39.754). |
