| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi minimnya kajian linguistik pada wacana pendidikan disabilitas ganda di media digital publik yang lebih terfokus pada saluran komersial atau hiburan, sehingga bertujuan mendeskripsikan jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur dalam podcast Pendidikan Inklusif untuk Disabilitas Ganda di kanal YouTube RRI Purwokerto melalui kajian pragmatik. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa metode simak, teknik Simak Bebas Libat Cakap, serta teknik catat, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan metode padan pragmatis dan teknik pilah unsur penentu. Temuan paling dominan adalah tuturan informatif dan edukatif yang membangun pemahaman dasar audiens, sementara bentuk tindak tutur lainnya jenis asertif dan direktif menjadi yang paling dominan karena berfungsi menegaskan fakta, menyampaikan pandangan, serta mendorong kepedulian masyarakat terhadap penyandang disabilitas. Selain itu, tuturan dalam podcast ini juga menimbulkan efek psikologis dan sosial, seperti empati, pengurangan stigma, dan peningkatan kesadaran akan urgensi pendidikan inklusif. Secara keseluruhan, podcast ini merupakan media advokasi dan edukasi inklusif yang menyajikan informasi mendalam, membangun pemahaman kritis, dan menumbuhkan kesadaran sosial secara inspiratif dan berempati. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This study was motivated by the lack of linguistic research on discourse regarding dual disabilities in public digital media, which tends to focus more on commercial or entertainment channels; thus, it aims to describe the types and functions of speech acts in the “Inclusive Education for Dual Disabilities” podcast on the RRI Purwokerto YouTube channel through a pragmatic analysis. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including listening, the “Free Listening with Active Participation” technique, and note-taking, while data analysis was conducted using the pragmatic correspondence method and the determinant element sorting technique. The most dominant findings were informative and educational utterances that build the audience’s foundational understanding, while other speech act types specifically assertive and directive were the most prevalent because they serve to affirm facts, convey perspectives, and foster public concern for people with disabilities. Additionally, the utterances in this podcast also generate psychological and social effects, such as empathy, reduced stigma, and increased awareness of the urgency of inclusive education. Overall, this podcast serves as a medium for advocacy and inclusive education that presents in-depth information, fosters critical understanding, and cultivates social awareness in an inspiring and empathetic manner.
