Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Distribusi logistik bantuan bencana merupakan salah satu aspek penting
dalam penanggulangan bencana karena berhubungan langsung dengan ketepatan
dan kecepatan penyaluran bantuan kepada posko atau lokasi terdampak.
Permasalahan distribusi logistik sering kali dipengaruhi oleh keterbatasan kapasitas
kendaraan dan penentuan rute distribusi yang belum optimal sehingga dapat
menyebabkan meningkatnya jarak tempuh dan biaya operasional. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk memformulasikan model Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem
(CVRP) dalam distribusi logistik bantuan bencana di Kabupaten Banyumas serta
mengoptimalkan rute distribusi menggunakan metode Algoritma Genetika (GA).
Model CVRP diformulasikan dengan fungsi objektif meminimalkan total jarak
tempuh kendaraan distribusi dengan mempertimbangkan kapasitas kendaraan,
seluruh posko harus terlayani, dan kendaraan memulai perjalanan dari depot dan
kembali ke depot. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari 27 posko distribusi dengan
kapasitas maksimum kendaraan sebesar 50 paket dan jumlah kendaraan sebanyak
6 kendaraan. Metode Algoritma genetika diterapkan menggunakan parameter
terbaik yaitu PopSize = 10.000, MaxGen = 8000, PC = 0,8, dan PM = 0,1.
Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh solusi terbaik dengan total jarak tempuh
minimum sebesar 359,70 km dan nilai 𝑓𝑖𝑡𝑛𝑒𝑠𝑠 sebesar 0,00278009. Solusi optimal
yang diperoleh kemudian dibagi menjadi 6 rute kendaraan dan seluruh kendaraan
berhasil memenuhi kendala kapasitas yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa metode Algoritma Genetika mampu menghasilkan rute
distribusi yang efisien sehingga dapat meminimalkan total jarak tempuh distribusi
logistik bantuan bencana di Kabupaten Banyumas.

management because it is directly related to the accuracy and speed of aid
distribution to posts or affected locations. Logistics distribution problems are often
influenced by limited vehicle capacity and suboptimal distribution route
determination, which can lead to increased travel distance and operational costs.
This study aims to formulate a Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem (CVRP) model
in disaster relief logistics distribution in Banyumas Regency and optimize
distribution routes using the Genetic Algorithm (GA) method. The CVRP model is
formulated with an objective function to minimize the total distance traveled by
distribution vehicles by considering vehicle capacity, all posts must be served, and
vehicles start their journey from the depot and return to the depot. The data used
consists of 27 distribution posts with a maximum vehicle capacity of 50 packages
and a total of 6 vehicles. The Genetic Algorithm method is applied using the best
parameters, namely PopSize = 10.000, MaxGen = 8000, PC = 0.8, and PM = 0.1.
Based on the test results, the best solution was obtained with a minimum total
distance of 359.70 km and a fitness value of 0.00278009. The optimal solution
obtained was then divided into 6 vehicle routes and all vehicles successfully met the
predetermined capacity constraints. The results of the study indicate that the
Genetic Algorithm method is able to produce efficient distribution routes so as to
minimize the total distance traveled for disaster relief logistics distribution in
Banyumas Regency.
