Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Nutrien utama yang dibutuhkan untuk pertumbuhan fitoplankton yaitu nitrogen dan fosfor. Nitrogen dan fosfor dibutuhkan oleh fitoplankton dalam suatu perbandingan tertentu. Fitoplankton merupakan produsen primer utama di perairan. Fitoplankton yang berperan penting dalam perairan tawar adalah Chlorophyta karena dapat dimakan langsung oleh zooplankton maupun ikan. Chlorophyta hampir 90% hidup di perairan tawar seperti kolam, sungai, dan waduk, 10% hidup di perairan asin. Salah satu waduk yang terdapat di Jawa Tengah adalah Waduk Panglima Besar Soedirman (P.B. Soedirman) yang terletak di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kadar total nitrogen, total fosfor, kelimpahan Chlorophyta dan hubungan rasio total nitrogen dan total fosfor (total N/P) dengan kelimpahan Chlorophyta di perairan Waduk P.B Soedirman, Banjarnegara. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada tujuh stasiun pengamatan berdasarkan perbedaan rona lingkungan waduk. Pengambilan sampel diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Hubungan total N/P dengan kelimpahan Chlorophyta dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi korelasi. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata kadar total nitrogen yaitu 8,8391 mg/l, rata-rata total fosfor yaitu 0,0364 dan rata-rata kelimpahan Chlorophyta yaitu 1.604 ind/l. Hubungan total nitrogen, total fosfor dengan kelimpahan Chlorophyta didapatkan korelasi mendekati kuat yaitu antara total nitrogen, total fosfor, total N/P secara bersama dengan koefisien korelasi : 0,7345 dan kehandalan yang tinggi dengan koefisien determinasi : 86,49 %.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Main nutrients which needed for phytoplankton growth were nitrogen and phosphorus. Nitrogen and phosphorus needed by phytoplankton in a certain ratio. Phytoplankton were main primary producers in the water. Phytoplankton has an important role in freshwater was Chlorophyta because it can be eaten directly by zooplankton and fish. Chlorophyta almost 90% live in fresh waters such as ponds, rivers, and reservoirs, and 10% live in the salty waters. One of the reservoirs that are in Central Java is Panglima Besar Soedirman Reservoir (P.B. Soedirman) located in Banjarnegara. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the ratio of total nitrogen, total phosphorus, Chlorophyta’s abundance and the relation between ratio of total nitrogen and total phosphorus (total N/P) with the Chlorophyta’s abundance in the waters reservoir P.B. Soedirman, Banjarnegara. This study used survey method. Sampling was conducted at seven observation stations based on different environmental reservoirs zone. Sampling was repeated three times. Total N/P to the abundance of Chlorophyta were analyzed by regression correlation analysis. The results showed average levels of total nitrogen was 8,8391 mg/l, the average total phosphorus was 0,0364 mg/l and average abundance of Chlorophyta was 1.604 ind/l. Relation of total nitrogen, total phosphorus with the abundance of Chlorophyta a stronger approach showed was a correlation coefficient between total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total N/P at the same time with a correlation coefficient was 0,7345 and highest reability with coefficient of determination was 0,7345.
