Indonesia) | Kualitas air merupakan faktor yang mendukung kelangsungan hidup organisme budidaya seperti suhu, Power of Hydrogen (pH), alkalinitas, Total Organic Matter (TOM), Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), dan nitrit. Faktor keberhasilan budidaya ikan lele ini salah satunya yaitu dalam hal manajemen kualitas air yang ramah lingkungan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manfaat manajemen kualitas air dengan inovasi yang ramah lingkungan yaitu ekoenzim, serta dosis efektif ekoenzim yang digunakan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode eksperimental pada pemeliharaan ikan lele. Penambahan ekoenzim kurang signifikan dalam memperbaiki kualitas air yang meliputi suhu, Power of Hydrogen (pH), Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), alkalinitas, nitrit, dan Total Organic Matter (TOM). Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan kisaran suhu 23 ± 290 C, Power of Hydrogen (pH) 7.4-9.0, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) 347- 1042 mg/L, alkalinitas 40-80 mg/L, nitrit 1 mg/L, dan Total Organic Matter (TOM) 170.64 – 2907.2 mg/L. Meskipun ekoenzim tidak berpengaruh dalam memperbaiki kualitas air pada parameter suhu, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), alkalinitas, nitrit, dan Total Organic Matter (TOM), namun ekoenzim dapat menstabilkan parameter Power of Hydrogen (pH) wadah budidaya. Ekoenzim dosis 10 mL merupakan yang paling efektif dalam menstabilkan kualitas air dan menekan tingkat kematian harian ikan budidaya. |

Inggris) | Water quality is a factor that supports the survival of cultivated organisms such as temperature, Power of Hydrogen (pH), alkalinity, Total Organic Matter (TOM), Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), and nitrite. One of the factors for the success of catfish cultivation is environmentally friendly water quality management. The purpose of this study was to determine the benefits of water quality management with environmentally friendly innovations, namely ecoenzymes, as well as the effective dosage of ecoenzymes used. The method used in this study was an experimental method in catfish cultivation. The addition of ecoenzymes was less significant in improving water quality which included temperature, Power of Hydrogen (pH), Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), alkalinity, nitrite, and Total Organic Matter (TOM). The measurement results showed a temperature range of 23 ± 290 C, Power of Hydrogen (pH) 7.4-9.0, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) 347-1042 mg/L, alkalinity 40-80 mg/L, nitrite 1 mg/L, and Total Organic Matter (TOM) 170.64 – 2907.2 mg/L. Although ecoenzyme has no effect in improving water quality on temperature, Total Dissolved Solid (TDS), alkalinity, nitrite, and Total Organic Matter (TOM) parameters, ecoenzyme can stabilize the Power of Hydrogen (pH) parameter of the cultivation container. Ecoenzyme dose of 10 mL is the most effective in stabilizing water quality and reducing the daily mortality rate of cultivated fish. |
