| Judul Artikel | Pengaruh Edukasi Terhadap Pengetahuan dan Perilaku Apoteker tentang Kontrasepsi di Kabupaten Banyumas |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Angka kematian ibu (AKI) dan angka kematian bayi (AKB) di Kabupaten Banyumas masih tinggi. Penggunaan kontrasepsi dapat mengurangi AKI dan AKB dengan mengurangi peluang kehamilan. Apoteker sebagai tenaga kesehatan memiliki kesempatan untuk memberikan konseling tentang kontrasepsi. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kontribusi apoteker yaitu dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku apoteker melalui pemberian edukasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh pemberian edukasi terhadap pengetahuan dan perilaku apoteker tentang kontrasepsi di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan non randomized pretest-posttest control group design. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket. Sampel penelitian pada kelompok perlakuan dan pembanding masing-masing 30 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi menggunakan paired sample t-test, independent sample t-test, Wilcoxon-signed Rank test, dan Mann-Whitney test. Hasil analisis pretest dan posttest kelompok perlakuan, terdapat ada perbedaan bermakna variabel pengetahuan (p=0,003) dan variabel perilaku (p=0,003). Hasil analisis pretest dan posttest kelompok pembanding, tidak ada perbedaan bermakna variabel pengetahuan (p=0,507) dan variabel perilaku (p=0,326). Hasil analisis pretest kelompok perlakuan dan pembanding, tidak ada perbedaan bermakna variabel pengetahuan (p=0,766) dan variabel perilaku (p=0,101). Hasil analisis posttest kelompok perlakuan dan pembanding, ada perbedaan bermakna variabel pengetahuan (p=0,001) dan variabel perilaku (p=0,005). Edukasi yang diberikan melalui modul, ceramah, dan praktek lapangan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku apoteker tentang kontrasepsi di Kabupaten Banyumas. Perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait hubungan pelayanan konseling apoteker tentang kontrasepsi dengan kepuasan pasien. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Maternal and neonatal mortality in Banyumas Regency is still high. Contraceptive use can decrease maternal and neonatal mortality by reducing the chances of pregnancy. Pharmacists as a health care personnel have the opporunity to provide counselling about contraception. One of the efforts to echance the roles and contribution of pharmacists is to increase the knowledge and behavior of pharmacists through education programs. The aim of this research was to know the influence of education on the pharmacists’s knowledge and behavior on contraception in Banyumas Regency. These study used non randomized pretest-posttest control group design. The research instrument was questions form. Sample on this research, both treatment and control group were 30 respondents respectively. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and to determined the effect of education used paired sample t-test, independent sample t-test, Wilcoxon-Signed Rank test, and Mann-Whitney test. The result of the pretest and posttest in the treatment group, there were significant difference in knowledge variable (p=0,003) and behavior variable (p=0,003). The result of the posttest between the treatment group and control group, there were significant difference in knowledge variable (p=0,001) and behavior variable (p=0,005). Education was provided through modules, lectures, and field trips can increase pharmacists’s knowledge and behavior about contraception in Banyumas Regency. Need research to correlate pharmacist counseling about contraception with patient satisfaction. |
