| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Partisipasi Anggota KUD Mino Saroyo Kabupaten Cilacap”. Tujuan peneltian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama menjadi anggota, tingkat pendapatan, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga terhadap partisipasi anggota KUD Mino Saroyo Kabupaten Cilacap, (2) untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi anggota KUD Mino Saroyo Kabupaten Cilacap. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuisioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Chi Square. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 anggota KUD Mino Saroyo yang terdiri dari 8 kelompok paguyuban nelayan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, (1) lama menjadi anggota, tingkat pendapatan, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggota KUD Mino Saroyo Kabupaten Cilacap, (2) variabel jumlah tanggungan keluarga merupakan varibel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap partisipasi anggota KUD Mino Saroyo Kabupaten Cilacap. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini, (1) diharapkan jasa (bunga pinjaman) yang diberikan oleh koperasi tidak terlalu tinggi sehingga tidak memberatkan anggota koperasi untuk ikut berpartisipasi insentif pada koperasi. (2) Meningkatnya beban ekonomi yang harus ditanggung suatu keluarga mengakibatkan keberadaan KUD Mino Saroyo sangat bermanfaat bagi anggotanya, diharapkan KUD Mino Saroyo dapat memberikan pengarahan pada seluruh anggota koperasi tentang manfaat berpartisipasi insentif pada koperasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is entitled “The Influencing Factors to the Participation of the Members of Village Cooperative Units Mino Saroyo in Cilacap County.” The objectives of this research are (1) to identify the influence of membership length, income rate, bail of secured family, to the participation of the members of Village Cooperative Units Mino Saroyo in Cilacap County, (2) to identify the most influential variable to the participation of the member of Village Cooperative Units Mino Saroyo. This research uses quantitative and survey methods with the primer data which are collected by interviews and questioners. The technique of data analysis uses Chi Square Analysis. The respondents of this research are 100 members of Village Cooperative Units Mina Saroyo who are from eight groups of fisherman community in Cilacap. The result shows that, (1) membership length, income rate, and bail of secured family influence significantly to the participation of the member of Village Cooperative Units Mino Saroyo, (2) bail of secured family is the most influential variable to the participation of the member of Village Cooperative Units Mino Saroyo. The research implications are, (1) loan interest of cooperation is hopefully not too high so that it does not burden the members to participate incentively in cooperation activities. (2) the increasing of life cost makes Village Cooperative Units Mino Saroyo useful for the members. Village Cooperative Units Mino Saroyo hopefully can inform and guide the whole members about the advantages of incentive participation of cooperation activities. |
