| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Regresi nonparametrik birespon merupakan analisis regresi dengan asumsi bahwa variabel respon yang digunakan terdiri dari dua variabel yang saling berkorelasi dan bentuk kurva regresinya tidak diketahui. Metode deret Fourier adalah salah satu metode statistika yang digunakan untuk mengestimasi distribusi data (kurva) regresi nonparametrik. Estimator yang dihasilkan disebut estimator deret Fourier. Hasil estimasi regresi nonparametrik deret Fourier pada data skor national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) sebelum dan setelah pemberian manitol pada pasien stroke hemoragik menunjukkan bahwa estimasi terbaik terjadi ketika atau pada saat nilai parameter penghalus λ = 0,000001. Dari perhitungan tersebut diperoleh nilai mean square error (MSE) sebelum dan setelah pemberian manitol masing-masing adalah 0,0000000008758166 dan 0,000000001184174. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Birespon nonparametric regression is a regression analysis with the assumption that the response variable consists of two correlated variables and unkown curve regression. Fourier series method is one of the statistical methods to estimate the distribution (curve) of nonparametric regression. The result estimator is called Fourier series estimator. Nonparametric regression estimation results on score national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS) before and after giving mannitol on hemoragic stroke patient showed that the best estimated regression occur for or smoothing parameter λ = 0.000001. From this calculation, the mean square error (MSE) of before and after giving mannitol are 0.0000000008758166 and 0.000000001184174. |
