| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Perakitan padi daya hasil tinggi dilakukan melalui persilangan Ciherang x Mentik Wangi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: 1) mengetahui daya hasil padi pada populasi F5 keturunan persilangan Ciherang x Mentik Wangi dan 2) mengetahui korelasi antara komponen hasil dan hasil pada populasi F5 keturunan persilangan Ciherang x Mentik Wangi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai dengan September 2012 di lahan sawah Desa Pasir Kulon, Kecamatan Karang Lewas Kabupaten Banyumas. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) dengan rancangan dasar Augmented Design dengan 3 ulangan. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan total per rumpun, jumlah anakan produktif, umur berbunga, umur panen, jumlah gabah total per malai, persentase gabah isi per malai, bobot gabah per rumpun dan bobot 1000 biji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) diperoleh 18 genotip yang mampu meningkatkan hasil berdasarkan karakter komponen hasil tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan total, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah isi per malai dan persentase gabah isi, yaitu BII-B2-T14, BII-B2-T19, B1-T37, B1-T16, B1-T36, BIII-B1-T12, BIII-B1-T11, B1-T8, BII-B2-T15, BIII-B2-T29, BII-B2-T35, BII-B2-T35, B1-T23, BII-B1-T41, BII-B2-T20, BIII-B1-T31, BIII-B1-T16, dan BIII-B1-T32. 2) karakter tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan total, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah total per malai, dan persentase gabah isi merupakan karakter komponen hasil yang berkorelasi dengan hasil pada populasi F5 keturunan persilangan Ciherang x Mentik Wangi dan 3) semua genotip pada populasi F5 keturunan persilangan Ciherang x Mentik Wangi memiliki umur panen lebih pendek dari ketiga varietas ceknya. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Assembly rice resources high yield done through a cross Ciherang x Mentik Wangi. The purpose research are: 1) to know potensial yield of rice in the F5 population of generation a cross Ciherang x Mentik Wangi, and 2) knowing correlation between yield component with yield in the F5 population of generation a cross Ciherang x Mentik Wangi. This research was done in April to September 2012 in paddy fields Village Pasir Kulon, sub-district Karang Lewas district Banyumas. Design experiment used in this research is a complete randomized block design (CRBD) with the basic design augmented design with 3 deuteronomy. Variable observed are plant height, the total number of tillers per hill, the number of productive tillers, flowering, harvest age, the number of grain total per panicles, percentage of filled grain per panicles, grain weight per hill and 1000 seed weight. The result showed 1) obtained 18 genotypes were able to increase the yield component characters based on the results of plant height, the total number of tillers per hill, the number of productive tillers, the number of grain total per panicles, percentage of filled grain per panicles, there are BII-B2-T14, BII-B2-T19, B1-T37, B1-T16, B1-T36, BIII-B1-T12, BIII-B1-T11, B1-T8, BII-B2-T15, BIII-B2-T29, BII-B2-T35, BII-B2-T35, B1-T23, BII-B1-T41, BII-B2-T20, BIII-B1-T31, BIII-B1-T16, dan BIII-B1-T32. and 2) the character of plant height, the total number of tillers per hill, the number of productive tillers, the number of grain total per panicles, percentage of filled grain per panicles the contents are characters yield components of the correlate with yield in the F5 population of generation a cross Ciherang x Mentik Wangi. 3) all genotip in the F5 population of generation a cross Ciherang x Mentik Wangi having harvest age shorter than third varieties check. |
