Indonesia) | Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) yang juga menjabat sebagai akademisi sering kali menghadapi beban kerja ganda akibat tanggung jawab manajerial proyek konstruksi dan kewajiban Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. Peran ganda tersebut menciptakan tantangan besar dalam manajemen waktu dan pengawasan proyek konstruksi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis prioritas kebutuhan informasi sebagai dasar perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web yang mampu mendukung efektivitas kerja PPK dengan mobilitas tinggi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) untuk identifikasi awal, serta Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) untuk menentukan bobot prioritas berdasarkan perspektif 6 responden pakar. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi enam alternatif kebutuhan informasi utama, di antaranya Kurva S, Informasi Proyek & Perubahan Kontrak, Register Risiko & Isu Kritis, Hasil Uji Mutu, Dokumentasi & Laporan, serta Network Schedule. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kriteria "Mengurangi Risiko Keterlambatan dan Pembengkakan Biaya" (K5) menjadi prioritas utama dengan bobot 0,313 diikuti oleh kriteria "Meningkatkan Akurasi Pelaporan dan Akuntabilitas" (K3) dengan bobot 0,276. Instrumen informasi yang paling krusial adalah Network Schedule dengan bobot 0,411 untuk aspek mitigasi risiko waktu, dan Dokumentasi & Laporan dengan bobot 0,377 untuk aspek akuntabilitas. Temuan ini merekomendasikan pengembangan fitur pelacakan lintasan kritis dan manajemen dokumen digital sebagai fokus utama dalam perancangan sistem informasi pengendalian proyek konstruksi. |

Inggris) | Project Owners (locally known as PPK) who also serve as academics often face a dual workload due to their project management responsibilities and the obligations of the Higher Education Tridharma. This dual role creates significant challenges in time management and the supervision of construction projects. Therefore, this study aims to identify and analyze the priority of information needs for Project Owners as a basis for designing a web-based information system. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol for initial identification, and Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to determine priority weights based on the perspectives of 6 expert respondents. The study identified six main information alternatives, including S-Curves, Project Information & Contract Changes, Risk Registers & Critical Issues, Quality Test Results, Documentation & Reporting, and Network Schedules. The results showed that the criterion "Reducing the Risk of Delays and Cost Overruns" (K5) was the main priority with a weight of 0.313, followed by "Increasing Reporting Accuracy and Accountability" (K3) with a weight of 0.276. The most crucial information instruments are the Network Schedule with a weight of 0.411 for time risk mitigation, and Documentation & Reporting with a weight of 0.377 for accountability aspects. These findings recommend focusing on critical path tracking and digital document management features as the main priorities in the design of construction project control information systems. |
