Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi digitalisasi proses rekrutmen di PT Nusa Toyotetsu sebagai strategi untuk
meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi sumber daya manusia (SDM). Studi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh berbagai
permasalahan dalam sistem rekrutmen manual sebelumnya, seperti pengelolaan berkas fisik, pencatatan data yang
tidak terintegrasi, keterlambatan komunikasi, serta tingginya potensi kesalahan administratif yang dapat
menyebabkan kekosongan tenaga kerja dan mengganggu kelancaran produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menganalisis penerapan teknologi digital dalam rekrutmen, mengidentifikasi kendala dan faktor pendukungnya,
serta mengevaluasi sejauh mana digitalisasi berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan efisiensi administrasi SDM.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan staf HRD
& GA, telaah dokumen, serta analisis terhadap prosedur rekrutmen yang sedang berjalan. Peneliti terlibat dalam
berbagai aktivitas administrasi, seperti pengolahan data pelamar secara digital, pendampingan tes, pembuatan dokumen otomatis menggunakan Mail Merge, pengarsipan digital, dan pembaruan database karyawan. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi melalui penggunaan Google Form, HRIS, dan otomatisasi dokumen
mampu meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat proses seleksi dan pemanggilan, mengurangi beban kerja
administratif, serta meminimalkan kesalahan manual. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan sistem rekrutmen digital
memberikan peningkatan yang signifikan terhadap efisiensi, ketelitian, dan transparansi administrasi SDM di PT
Nusa Toyotetsu.

Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This research examines the implementation of digitalized recruitment processes at PT Nusa Toyotetsu as a
strategic effort to improve the efficiency of human resource (HR) administration. The study was motivated by
issues found in the company’s previous manual recruitment system, including physical document handling, nonintegrated data records, delayed communication, and frequent administrative errors that could lead to unfilled
labor needs and disrupt production activities. The purpose of this research is to analyze the application of digital
tools in recruitment, identify existing challenges, and evaluate the extent to which digitalization enhances HR
administrative efficiency. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, involving direct observation,
interviews with HRD & GA staff, document review, and analysis of ongoing recruitment procedures. The
researcher participated in several HR administrative activities, such as digital applicant data processing, test
facilitation, automated document creation using Mail Merge, digital archiving, and employee database updates.
The results indicate that digitalization through the use of Google Forms, HRIS, and automated documentation
significantly improves data accuracy, accelerates the screening and notification process, reduces administrative
workload, and minimizes manual errors. Overall, the adoption of digital recruitment systems provides meaningful
improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and transparency within HR administrative operations.
