Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh technostress terhadap kinerja guru melalui burnout dengan peran moderasi perceived organizational support (POS) pada guru di Kecamatan Purwokerto, Kabupaten Banyumas. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada meningkatnya penggunaan teknologi dalam organisasi pendidikan yang berdampak pada beban kerja dan kompleksitas tugas guru, sehingga menimbulkan tekanan psikologis berupa technostress dan risiko burnout. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 106 guru pengguna teknologi, yang dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) dengan SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.7. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa technostress berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja guru dan positif terhadap burnout, serta burnout secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara technostress dan kinerja guru secara parsial. Selain itu, POS terbukti memoderasi pengaruh technostress terhadap burnout meskipun kontribusinya relatif kecil. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya POS sebagai dukungan organisasi yang berperan sebagai sumber daya kerja dalam memperlemah dampak technostress terhadap burnout, sehingga secara tidak langsung membantu menjaga kinerja guru, serta memberikan wawasan bagi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam menghadapi transformasi digital di organisasi pendidikan. |

Inggris) | This study aims to analyze the effect of technostress on teacher performance through burnout with the moderating role of perceived organizational support (POS) among teachers in Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. The background of the research is based on the increasing use of technology in educational organizations, which impacts teachers’ workload and task complexity, thereby creating psychological pressure in the form of technostress and the risk of burnout. A quantitative approach was employed by collecting data through questionnaires from 106 technology-using teachers, which were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) method with SmartPLS version 4.1.1.7. The results show that technostress has a negative effect on teacher performance and a positive effect on burnout, while burnout significantly mediates the relationship between technostress and teacher performance partially. In addition, POS was found to moderate the effect of technostress on burnout, although its contribution is relatively small. These findings emphasize the importance of POS as a form of organizational support that functions as a job resource in weakening the impact of technostress on burnout, thereby indirectly helping to maintain teacher performance, as well as providing insights for human resource management in dealing with digital transformation in educational organizations. |
