| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Program Cek Kesehatan Gratis (CKG) Sekolah merupakan upaya promotif dan preventif untuk mendeteksi dini berbagai permasalahan kesehatan pada siswa, termasuk karies gigi yang prevalensinya masih tinggi di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Program ini memerlukan evaluasi yang mendalam dari berbagai sudut pandang para pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaannya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program CKG sebagai deteksi dini karies anak sekolah di Kabupaten Purbalingga melalui analisis model Integrated People-Centred Health Services (IPCHS) dari WHO. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan studi kasus. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek comprehensiveness, ditemukan kendala pada keterbatasan jumlah tenaga profesional dan malafungsi alat diagnostik lapangan. Aspek cooordination menyoroti koordinasi lintas sektor masih terhambat oleh sinkronisasi jadwal dan validasi data digital. Aspek continuity belum optimal karena rendahnya kepatuhan rujukan, sementara pada aspek centredness (first contact), privasi siswa masih terabaikan akibat lokasi deteksi dini yang terbuka. Simpulan: Program CKG telah terlaksana namun memerlukan penguatan pada integrasi sistem informasi, standarisasi sarana prasarana, serta peningkatan mekanisme monitoring rujukan pasca-deteksi dini. |

Inggris) | Background: The School Free Health Check-up Program (CKG) serves as a promotive and preventive effort for the early detection of student health issues, including dental caries, which remains highly prevalent in Purbalingga Regency. This program requires an in-depth evaluation from the various perspectives of the stakeholders involved. Purpose: This study aims to evaluate the CKG program as a tool for the early detection of dental caries in schoolchildren in Purbalingga Regency through an analysis based on the WHO Integrated People-Centred Health Services (IPCHS) model. Methods: This research is a qualitative study utilizing a case study approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Results: The findings indicate that in the comprehensiveness aspect, constraints were identified regarding the limited number of professional staff and the malfunction of field diagnostic tools. The coordination aspect highlights that cross-sectoral coordination remains hindered by schedule synchronization and digital data validation issues. The continuity aspect is not yet optimal due to low referral compliance, while in the centredness (first contact) aspect, student privacy is often neglected due to the use of open examination sites. Conclusion: The CKG program has been implemented, but it requires strengthening in information system integration, standardization of infrastructure, and enhancement of post-examination referral monitoring mechanisms. |
