Indonesia) | Tuberkulosis masih menjadi masalah kesehatan utama di Indonesia, khususnya di Kabupaten Banyumas dengan peningkatan kasus tertinggi di Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan pada tahun 2024. Penyakit tuberkulosis dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti usia, jenis kelamin, riwayat diabetes melitus, status HIV, dan tipe diagnosis. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap status tuberkulosis menggunakan regresi logistik biner dengan metode pemilihan variabel stepwise selection dan best subset selection. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode menghasilkan model terbaik yang sama, yaitu memiliki nilai AIC 97,554 dan BIC 110,254. Variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan meliputi jenis kelamin, riwayat diabetes melitus, dan status HIV. |

Inggris) | Tuberculosis remains a major public health issue in Indonesia, particularly in Banyumas Regency, where the highest increase in cases was recorded in South Purwokerto District in 2024. Tuberculosis can be influenced by various factors such as age, gender, history of diabetes mellitus, HIV status, and diagnosis type. Therefore, this study aims to identify factors that significantly influence tuberculosis status using binary logistic regression with the stepwise selection and best subset selection methods. The analysis results showed that both methods produced the same best model, namely with an AIC value of 97.554 and a BIC value of 110.254. Variables with significant influence included gender, history of diabetes mellitus, and HIV status. |
