| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengkaji terkait pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan sustainability report sebagai faktor pemoderasi pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2022-2024. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan sampel 30 perusahaan yang menghasilkan 90 data observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sustainability report memperkuat pengaruh profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Temuan ini mengindikasi bahwa perusahaan perlu meningkatkan laba dan ukuran perusahaan serta menyajikan sustainability report sebagai wujud tanggung jawab untuk mencapai keberlanjutan perusahaan. |

Inggris) | This study examines the influence of profitability and company size on firm value, with sustainability reports as a moderating factor in infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2022 to 2024. The analytical method used was Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), with a sample of 30 companies, resulting in 90 observations. The results indicate that profitability has a positive effect on firm value, while firm size has a negative effect. Sustainability reports strengthen the influence of profitability and firm size on firm value. These findings indicate that companies need to increase profits and firm size and present sustainability reports as a form of accountability to achieve corporate sustainability. |
