| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Artikel ini membahas kontribusi sistem pembayaran melalui transfer bank di PT. Pegadaian UPC Banyumas terhadap peningkatan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi operasional. Berdasarkan pengalaman magang penulis di PT. Pegadaian UPC Banyumas dan didukung oleh literatur terkini, artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif untuk menganalisis bagaimana fitur transfer bank mempengaruhi kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keamanan transaksi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa sistem transfer bank mampu meningkatkan kualitas layanan dengan menyediakan transaksi yang lebih cepat, mudah, dan transparan sehingga mengurangi kebutuhan proses manual di kantor. Dari sisi operasional, sistem ini membantu mengurangi resiko pengelolaan uang tunai dan mempersingkat waktu layanan bagi karyawan maupun nasabah. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem pembayaran transfer bank telah memberikan dampak positif bagi layanan digital Pegadaian, namun tetap diperlukan perbaikan berkelanjutan, edukasi nasabah yang lebih intensif, serta penguatan keamanan data agar manfaatnya dapat dirasakan secara maksimal. Artikel ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi layanan pembayaran digital Pegadaian ke depan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This article discusses the contribution of the bank transfer payment system at PT. Pegadaian UPC Banyumas to improving service quality and operational efficiency. Based on the author’s internship experience at PT. Pegadaian UPC Banyumas and supported by current literature, this article uses a descriptive-qualitative approach to analyze how bank transfer features impact transaction speed, accuracy, and security. The results show that the bank transfer system is able to improve service quality by providing faster, easier, and more transparent transactions as well as reducing the need for manual processes at office. From an operational perspective, this system helps reduce the risk associated with cash management and to shorten service times for both employees and customers. This article concludes that the bank transfer payment system has had a positive impact on digital services at Pegadaian, but continuous improvement, more intensive customers education, and data security must still needed to maximize its benefits. This article is expected to provide input for the Pegadaian’s digital payment service in the future.
