| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Laporan praktik kerja ini ditulis berdasarkan hasil dari praktik kerja lapangan yang dilaksanakan di institusi pemerintahan selama 3,5 bulan dari 28 Agustus sampai 4 Desember 2026. Penulis menyelesaikan praktik kerjanya di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Cilacap, khususnya pada Seksi Intelijen dan Pendidikan Keimigrasian. Karena beberapa alasan, penulis memutuskan untuk membuat projek akhir dalam bentuk video informatif tentang “Pengawasan terhadap Awak Kapal Asing di Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap oleh Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Cilacap. Laporan praktik kerja ini membuktikan kebenaran pengimplementasian praktik kerja dan proses pembuatan produk akhir dalam bentuk sebuah video informasi berbahasa Inggris. Pembuatan video pengawasan ini melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu pra-produksi, proses produksi, dan pasca-produksi. Berdasarkan teori dari proses produksi yang menekankan bahwa pra-produksi adalah bagian paling penting dalam menentukan kelancaran tahapan-tahapan proses selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu, penulis mengaplikasikan tiga metode, berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi guna mengumpulkan informasi. Hasil observasi menyediakan informasi tentang seluruh pelayanan-pelayanan dari masing masing divisi, sementara wawancara memberikan penjelasan rinci tentang prosedur pengawasan di Pelabuhan Tanjung Intan Cilacap. Dengan mempertimbangkan tiga metode tersebut, pemilihan tema menekankan pada urgensi di balik pembuatan produk. Dalam proses pelaksanaannya, hambatan-hambatan ditemukan dan diatasi dengan mencari solusi-solusi. Terbuka dalam setiap hambatan-hambatan yang ditemukan dalam bentuk konsultasi harus dilaksanakan dengan cara yang terstukstur dan terjadwal. Selama proses pasca-produksi yang merupakan proses penyuntingan, pengembangan kreativitas menentukan bagaimana sebuah video ditampilkan. Kreativitas ini didapatkan dengan meningkatkan referensi-referensi ke video-video yang beredar online. Hal tersebut diikuti dengan pengamatan, tiru, modifikasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This job training report is written based on the results of the job training carried out at a government agency for 3.5 months from August 28 to December 4, 2024. The writer completed this job training at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Cilacap, specifically in Seksi Intelijen dan Pendidikan Keimigrasian (the Intelligence and Immigration Education Section/INTELDAKIM). For these reasons, the writer decided to create the final project as an informational video about “the Supervision of Foreign Ship Crews at Tanjung Intan Port Cilacap by the Immigration Office Class I TPI Cilacap”. This job training report documents the implementation of the job training and the process of creating the final project in the form of an English informational video. It is created through three stages: pre-production, production process, and post-production. Based on the theory of production processes emphasizes that pre-production is the most crucial stage in determining the smooth progress of subsequent stages. Therefore, the writer applies three methods, including observation, interview, and documentation, to collect information. The observation result provided information on all services across each division, while interviews offered detailed explanations about the monitoring procedures at Tanjung Intan Port Cilacap. However, the documentation, both photos and video, was used as material to produce an English informational video. Considering these three methods, the theme selection highlighted the urgency behind the product’s creation. During the implantation process, obstacles were encountered and overcome by seeking solutions. Openness to any obstacles encountered in the form of consultation must be implemented in a structured and scheduled manner. Among the processes of post-production, which means the editing process, evolving the creativity determines how the video is presented. This creativity is obtained by increasing references to videos circulating online. It is followed by observing, imitating, and modifying. |
