| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini Berjudul “Struktur Komunitas Fitoplankton di Waduk Sempor Kecamatan Sempor, Kebumen“. Dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2012 dan lokasi pengambilan sampel di Waduk Sempor Kecamatan Sempor Kabupaten Kebumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana struktur komunitas fitoplankton di waduk tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Random Sampling dengan membagi lokasi penelitian menjadi 5 stasiun pengambilan sampel. Parameter yang diamati yaitu jumlah genera fitoplankton dan faktor fisik - kimia air di Waduk Sempor. Struktur komunitas fitoplankton di perairan Waduk sempor terdiri dari 37 spesies dari 3 divisio yaitu Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta, dan Cyanophyta. Nilai kelimpahan rata-rata fitoplankton berkisar 281–1630 ind/L, indeks keragaman berkisar 2,0985-2,6006, nilai indeks dominansi berkisar 0,0978–0,4252, dan indeks kemerataan berkisar 0,1965–0,6414. Struktur komunitas fitoplankton di waduk sempor menunjukan hasil yang berbeda nyata. Kata kunci : struktur komunitas, fitoplankton, Waduk Sempor. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | A research, entitled "Phytoplankton Community Structure in Sempor Reservoir of Sempor Sub-District, Kebumen", was implemented during October 2011, aiming to find out community structure type of phytoplankton in the reservoir. A survey method was used in applying Random Sampling techniques. Sampling site was divided into 5 stations. Parameters were the number of phytoplankton genera and physical-chemical aquatic conditions of reservoir. Phytoplankton community structure in Sempor Reservoir waters consisted of 37 spesies of 3 divisions i.e. Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta, and Cyanophyta. Phytoplankton abundance, diversity, dominance and evenness indexes ranged between 281–1630 ind/L, 2,0985-2,6006, 0.0978–0.4252, and 0.1965–0.6414, successively. Phytoplankton community structure in Sempor Reservoir waters was not significant among stations. |
