Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Latar Belakang: Futsal sebagai olahraga populer di kalangan pelajar menuntut penguasaan teknik, taktik, pengambilan keputusan, dan kerja sama tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan keterampilan bermain futsal siswa SMP Negeri 3 dan SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto menggunakan penilaian GPAI sebagai dasar evaluasi pembinaan futsal sekolah.

Metodologi Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 32 siswa secara keseluruhan, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar penilaian GPAI yang mencakup tiga aspek utama, yaitu support, skill execution, dan decision making. Analisis data dilakukan melalui uji statistic.
Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi keterampilan bermain futsal siswa pada kedua sekolah dalam tiga aspek penilaian. Skor GPAI siswa SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto berada pada kisaran 0,39–0,60 (kategori cukup), sedangkan SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto berada pada kisaran 0,45–0,68 (kategori baik). Uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan dengan selisih rata-rata GPAI sebesar 0,0207, yang menegaskan keunggulan performa bermain futsal siswa SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto.
Kesimpulan:Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan keterampilan bermain futsal antara siswa SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto (kategori cukup) dan SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto (kategori baik) berdasarkan penilaian GPAI, dengan performa lebih unggul pada siswa SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto.

Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Backgroaund: Futsal, a popular sport among students, demands mastery of technique, tactics, decision-making, and teamwork. This study aims to compare the futsal skills of students at SMP Negeri 3 and SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto using the GPAI assessment as the basis for evaluating school futsal coaching.

Research Methodology: This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The total sample size was 32 students, selected using a total sampling technique. The instrument used was the GPAI assessment sheet, which covers three main aspects: support, skill execution, and decision-making. Data analysis was conducted using statistical tests.

Research Result: The results of the study showed variations in students' futsal playing skills at both schools in three assessment aspects. The GPAI scores of students at SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto were in the range of 0.39–0.60 (sufficient category), while those at SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto were in the range of 0.45–0.68 (good category). The independent sample t-test showed a significant difference with an average difference in GPAI of 0.0207, which confirmed the superior futsal playing performance of students at SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto.

Conclusion: The results of the study showed a significant difference in futsal playing skills between students of SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto (sufficient category) and SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto (good category) based on the GPAI assessment, with superior performance in students of SMP Negeri 8 Purwokerto.
