| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi pupuk hayati mikoriza genus Glomus dan Gigaspora terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat; mengetahui pengaruh pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat serta mengetahui interaksi yang terjadi antara jenis mikoriza dan dosis pupuk anorganik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tomat. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 9 kombinasi perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan April sampai Oktober 2012. Perlakuan terdiri atas dua faktor yaitu genus mikoriza (Glomus, Gigaspora, dan Glomus+Gigaspora) serta pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik (0%, 25% dan 50%). Tanah yang digunakan adalah ultisol. Variabel yang diamati terdiri atas: bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, tinggi tanaman, luas daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering, jumlah bunga per tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman, volume tiap buah dan bobot buah per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pupuk hayati mikoriza berpengaruh terhadap variabel bobot akar segar, volume akar, bobot tajuk kering, jumlah bunga per tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman dan bobot buah per tanaman dengan hasil terbaik diperoleh dari aplikasi pupuk hayati mikoriza Glomus dan Gigaspora secara bersama-sama. Perlakuan pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik hanya berpengaruh pada variabel bobot buah per tanaman. Aplikasi pupuk hayati mikoriza dengan pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik berpengaruh terhadap variabel bobot akar segar, bobot tajuk kering, jumlah bunga per tanaman, jumlah buah per tanaman, bobot buah per tanaman dan volume tiap buah. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik yaitu aplikasi mikoriza campuran (Glomus dan Gigaspora) dengan pengurangan dosis pupuk anorganik 50% yang mampu menghasilkan bobot buah per tanaman sebesar 837,3 g/tanaman atau setara dengan 41,57 ton/ha. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the application of mycorrhizal biofertilizer Glomus and Gigaspora on the growth and yield of tomatos; determine the effect of reduction of inorganic fertilizer dosage on the growth and yield of tomato; determine interaction between mycorrhizal types and reduction of inorganic fertilizer dosage for the growth and yield of tomato. This research was conducted in screenhouse of Agriculture Departement, Jenderal Soedirman University, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto. This research uses Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 9 combinations of treatments and 3 replications. This research was conducted from April to October 2012. The treatment consist of two factors: the genus mycorrhizal (Glomus, Gigaspora, Glomus and Gigaspora mix) and reducing of inorganic fertilizer dosage (0%, 25% and 50%). The soil that used was Ultisol. Variables that observed consist of: root fresh weight, roots dry weight, roots volume, plant height, broad leaf, canopy fresh weight, canopy dry weight, number of flowers per plant, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant and the volume of each fruit. The results showed that application of mycorrhizal biofertilizer effected on the variable: root fresh weight, roots volume, canopy dry weight, number of flowers per plant, number of fruits per plant and fruit weight per plant with the best result obtained from the use of mixture mycorrhizal bio-fertilizer Glomus and Gigaspora (M3). Reduction of inorganic fertilizer dosage treatment only affects the variable weight of fruit per plant. Interaction genus mycorrhizal biofertilizer and reducing of inorganic fertilizers dosage affected on variable of the fresh weight, canopy dry weight root, number of flowers per plant, number of fruits per plant, fruit weight per plant and the volume of each fruit. The best combination treatment is the mixture of Glomus and Gigaspora with 50% reduction of inorganic fertilizer dosage that is able to produce weight of fruit per plant was 837.3 g / plant, equivalent to 41.57 tonnes / ha. |
